Steve was so nice and the limo he picked us up in was immaculate! He really made it feel like a special occasion and had soft drinks ready to go in the back of the limo for us after we took our wedding pictures. He was also SO kind and took pictures of the church where we got married while he was waiting for us to finish up our wedding pictures, which he texted to me at the end of the night. I highly recommend him-- he was great!

My family and I were very impressed with how professional the limo company was. We had a lot of drop offs and pick ups and everything was right on time. We were really happy we decided to rent a limo for the day and go with this company.

My guests were transported safely and the service was great. They notified the hotels and had signups for the different times. They were even able to accommodate a few guests that needed to leave early. They were very responsive both by phone and email and very easy to talk to.

Our experience involved, from our point of view:
- unannounced price increases,
- a hostile employee who insulted the wedding couple at the wedding reception,
- unannounced last-minute changes to the hours of contracted service that resulted in some guests being stranded at the
wedding venue overnight,
- a failure to acknowledge these problems.

We caution that you be very vigilant in dealing with this vendor. You may be able to secure the good service that they are certainly capable of providing. We were not.

My husband and I got married in Lexington, VA in May 2019. This area doesn’t really have Uber or any other ride shares but we wanted to make sure our guest got home safely. So we started looking for transportation companies in Lexington. Pretty much the only local company is Lexington Limo. We started to read through all the online reviews and were very nervous about working with this company. But, with limited options we decided to reach out to see what they could offer us. We soon discovered that all the negative reviews were very true. The employees are rude, poor communicators, and take advantage of the fact that they are one of the only options for transportation in Lexington. My Husband and I decided to pay a company from Charlottesville to come to Lexington for our transportation needs. About a month after we stopped communication with Lexington Limo, we started getting emails from them trying to pressure us into booking with them after being extremely rude. We politely declined.
