Lena was definitely the best choice I could’ve made for my wedding. She did my moms hair, my daughters hair, and my hair and makeup for my big day. She was so patient with the 3 children running around the room for hours, and very experienced. She got the exact look I wanted, very natural with a little pop to the eyes. She is very gentle and doesn’t tug on hair, but makes sure it is secure for the whole night.
Lena is so talented and exceeded my expectations; I’ve never had my hair or makeup professionally styled before and she killed it!! She even gave me false lashes, and a touch up kit which included blush, Too Faced mascara, lipstick, blotting papers, and more. Lena, thank you so much!

Lena was such a joy to work with! After attempting to do my own hair for the engagement session, I quickly realized I needed a professional to do my hair on the wedding day for me to have a calm start to the day. I met with Lena for the hair trial, and she did a beautiful job and my hair stayed the whole day while I ran around DC in the summer heat. Lena is very responsive and was flexible with the package when one of my bridesmaids could not make the wedding and we subbed in a hair for the flower girl.

Lena arrived promptly on the day of the wedding, and she worked so efficiently throughout the morning to get 4 bridesmaids, 1 bridal, and 1 flower girl hair styles done. We all looked so nice with the various hairstyles that we each requested.

I am sad that Lena will be leaving the DMV area to relocate to Florida next year, but wish her the best, and Florida brides, I strongly recommend Lena!

Lena was an absolute angel! It took me forever to settle on a style via Pinterest. I basically showed her three different pictures, and she pieced them together at the trial perfectly. It was important for me to have a flower crown and a braid in my hair because it's an Irish tradition. She kept asking if everything was okay. She was very accommodating and gentle. I'm not really a talkative person as I have anxiety issues, and she seemed okay with it. She gave me a lot of advice on what to do with my hair so that it stayed in place. I also have a terrible tendency to pick my lips, so they are pretty much always chapped. She didn't make me feel judged in any way because of it. Granted, I wasn't doing anything but driving or sitting the rest of the day but my hair and make up stayed perfectly. I definitely felt like a princess. Originally I only had a flower girl and one bridesmaid. Then I added another bridesmaid, and then two more. The line up and amount of services kept changing I probably gave her whiplash! Lena handled all the changes with such grace and professionalism. It was truly appreciated. There was a small moment of panic on the day of, when I forgot I gave my headpiece to my photographer. Lena helped calm me down and was incredibly patient with me. She was even willing to attempt to give my flower girl a little make up so she didn't feel left out. In the end everyone looked gorgeous. My flower girl looked like an angel. My hair piece was a little tricky because all the flowers were all one piece and they were asymmetrical on the headband instead of in the center. It was definitely flying all over the place when we started dancing, but it didn't fall out which is the main thing! I was given a touch up kit, which I didn't actually get to use because I kept getting distracted. I did get to use some of the touch up make up on my honeymoon, which was very special to me. I am over the moon happy with Lena and her assistant Veronika!

Lena is magical with hair and makeup! She was also really helpful with working with our timeline for the wedding day.

Lena is a great hairstylist and make up artist! She did my hair and makeup as the bride, and then did our bridesmaid's hair on our wedding day. She's very sweet and talented! I loved working with her!

I had a wonderful experience working with Lena and the ladies she brought to help do hair and makeup for my wedding. Lena was easy to work with every step of the way and very responsive from beginning to end. She is very up front with her pricing and flexible with her schedule. She was very friendly and knowledgeable at the trial and did a great job on everyone's hair and makeup for the wedding. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Lena did Ana amazing job with my wedding make up and my bridesmaid’s as well. I felt stunning and I got compliments all night. It stayed in place for the whole evening. I did a trial with Lena prior to the wedding which I reccomend as she was able adjust a few things for the wedding day. Highly recommend!!

Lena was amazing!! She was super flexible and accommodated me to find a place to do my trial without having to pay a travel fee. The trial was great and she took detailed notes about what I liked and what brands she was using. On the day o the wedding, she was there early and spent lots of time with each girl and make them all feel special. My makeup looked amazing and stayed the whole night! Lena did my makeup for my wedding in October, as well as the makeup for the mothers and bridesmaids. I was really looking for a natural, but glowing look and she nailed it. I showed her the picture of what I had in mind, and she made it happen beautifully. She was even willing to travel to do our makeup on site at no extra charge, which was extremely convenient. She and her assistant were extremely professional and flexible. When my mom's hair wasn't exactly what she had in mind, they listened and made it the way she requested immediately, no hesitation. They were everything I could have asked for!

Lena did the makeup for my wedding - myself, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom. She is simply AMAZING! She made everyone look gorgeous and all the girls kept asking who did the makeup. Not only is her work flawless, but she is a joy to work with - professional, sweet, and put my bridal nerves at ease. Not only that, but the price is definitely right - you absolutely get more than you pay for with Lena!
Also, DEFINITELY get Lena to do the fake eyelashes! I'm not too big on getting glammed up (especially for the wedding I wanted more natural) but the eyelashes were perfect. She listed to what I wanted and really made my eyes POP without looking fake or too overdone. I just can't say enough positive things about her! I've also recommended her to other brides and any girl getting her makeup done for homecoming, prom, or any party!
