Leia was great to work with. I contacted her early (about 6 months before my wedding) and we set up a time to meet up a month and a half out. I got to do a final fitting and then she steamed and pressed my dress. I picked up my dress just one week before and it looked great. Cost me $50.00 to get my shoulder straps shortened, some minor tacking of the lace down to the dress, and then an added bustle. Since she has worked with so many dresses, she had great advice on what works and doesn't work and what looks best.

This took me entirely too long to post but Leia took a dress that was all wrong and made it perfect. From taking it in a bunch of sizes to removing the corset and adding buttons. She fixed the sleeves, the bodice and added a bustle and all at a ridiculously fair price. She was sweet and so good to work with. Each fitting made me feel gorgeous. She made my wedding dress into my dream dress and beyond. Thanks so much!!

We heard about Leia from a second-hand dress store while dress shopping, and while I bought my dress from David's Bridal new, I wanted to go somewhere else for alterations. Leia did an amazing job with my dress! She hemmed it, brought in the sides, added a lace-up back, and added bustles, all for (I'm sure) a fraction of the price that David's Bridal would have charged me. She was also very receptive to my worries about how the dress might look and did a great job answering all my questions. She had the alterations done very quickly, and we had a number of fittings to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect.

Her work environment was clean and smoke-free, with no pets or other animals that might shed. I had no worries leaving my dress with her!
