We are so grateful that Andy and Eric could be a part of our day. They are super reliable and easy to work with. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I were nervous about being filmed, but Andy and Eric are so friendly and approachable that we always felt at ease and actually forgot the cameras were there. Their work stands out from the rest because of their incredible storytelling ability. We love how they add narration (our voices) to the video and include clips with sound (instead of how some videographers play one song in the background for the entire video). I think that this takes extra skill and effort and believe that hiring someone with attention to detail really pays off. Our highlight video feels like a cinematic movie! More importantly, they also take feedback well and will work with you to make sure you're happy. For example, when it turned out that my brother was the only family member not intentionally featured, they quickly added the perfect scene of him and my husband laughing together. I was impressed with their professionalism, and we are thrilled with our video. We waited 3 months for the video and feel their price was reasonable.

My criteria for wedding videographers are: (1) technical talent (ability to produce a professional end product) (2) artistic eye (ability to capture priceless footage and exercise discernment in the way it is incorporated in the video) (3) professional & easy to work with (responsive, accommodating, and would not make me feel self-conscious under their lenses). I knew Leap Productions fit (1) and (2) based on their portfolio, but I really put them to the test on (3) and am happy to say that they excelled. We traded 76 emails from start to finish, and they responded to each within a day, at most two. They arrived at all appointments early, and we just felt so comfortable in their presence. Although I thought the initial production fell short of my expectations (partly my fault because I should have been more specific about what I wanted), they were respectful of my wishes and worked tirelessly to fulfill my vision. There was footage that they did not capture (again, partly my fault because I should have given them a list of must-capture footage at the get go), but somehow they managed to recreate the scene and incorporate it into the video. It blew my mind! At the end of the day, you want to work with people that truly understands and appreciates how important the video is to you. Since most of my family is on the other side of the globe, I promised them a video that would help them experience the day as if they were there. I'm so grateful to Leap Productions for helping me make good on my promise!

Eric and his partner were very professional. They were friendly and nice. They know how to plan the day and make the video shoot smooth. Their highlight video was very beautiful and sweet. I really like the idea of having my dad's and in my law's toasts in the reception as the narrator in the beginning of the video. Every time I watch the highlight video, I feel like I went back to the day I got married. I will recommend Eric and his team to everyone's wedding event!
