Leah is first of all an amazing human being, and additionally an exceptional wedding photographer. From the first time we spoke with her, it felt like working with a friend to make our dream a reality. Even though all of the planning happened from different time zones, Leah was always available and approachable to help us plan out our elopement and help us work through the logistics. Leah literally went the extra mile to make our day incredibly special, and the pictures she took were unbelievable. She knows exactly how to guide you through actions and motion to make the photos feel both natural and ethereal. The turnaround time on the gallery was super fast, and her prices are a great value for what she provides. We cannot recommend Leah enough - do yourself a favor and book with her for your special day, you will not regret it.

As my husband and I prepared to plan our wedding, one of our first priorities was to find a photographer who could capture the joy of one of the most important days of our lives. Leah was the first (and only) photographer we spoke to, and we knew during our first meeting she would be the perfect person capture our day! Leah radiates positive and calming energy. This made our engagement and wedding photos feel like a breeze and turn out amazing. She really helped capture our personalities which you can see in the amazing photos she took. During our outdoor private vows, it began raining, which always makes the wedding day a bit more stressful. But, Leah just stood with us, chatted, and waited out the rain for as long as we needed to. This really helped calm some of our nerves before the ceremony. After the ceremony, my husband and I were going to take some private photos together by a lake. When we arrived to the lake, it was completely dried up. At first, we thought we'd just move on and take pictures elsewhere, but Leah said she had an idea. She literally created the illusion that there was water in the lake by holding her phone under the camera and taking some photos! This turned out to be one of our favorite photos of the day! Leah is so caring, communicates promptly and clearly, and truly cares about everyone she works with. We loved working with her, and highly encourage everyone else to!

From our first communication with Leah she was extremely organized, knowledgeable and kind. Leah asked a lot of questions to ensure we were aligned on what we wanted out of our photos. She has a very calming presence to her which helped us relax during our photos. She is able to give good suggestions on poses, but also has an eye for capturing authentic moments. Our engagement photos and wedding photos turned out beautiful and we have gotten so many compliments on them. She was quick to deliver our sneak previews and full album. We are so happy with our decision to work with Leah to capture our special day!

Leah was even better than we could have imagined!! We met her for the first time in person on our wedding day but it felt like we had already known her. She made us feel so comfortable; she is so warm, uplifting and fun. The photos are stunning and truly captured the essence of the day. We highly recommend hiring Leah as your photographer. Our wedding photos exceeded our expectations and I will be forever grateful to Leah for her approach to capturing our special day. Leah has created a detailed pre-wedding questionnaire that helped us define our priorities for the day and provided the ability to share our personalities and style. I cannot count the number of compliments we have received on the photos. Some of the most frequently repeated descriptions have included "Enchanting", "Magical", "Romantic" and "Intimate". In addition to how gorgeous the photos turned out, Leah was a joy to work with the day of the wedding as well. It rained all day, and she was unfailingly sweet, calm, and good-natured as we trekked all over the Denver Botanic Gardens. I highly recommend Leah. She did an outstanding job!

We had the best experience working with Leah and her second photographer, Katie on our wedding day. From the engagement shoot, her detailed guides and FAQs and easy planning worksheets, I felt like I was in the such great hands. On the day of the wedding, Leah was so professional but fun, got all the shots we wanted /asked for, and was just a joy to have around! We love all of the pictures we got - can't say enough good things!

Leah Goetzel is the BEST photographer in the business. I waited a few months before we wrote this review because I wanted to do it justice, so here it is. Leah Goetzel was HANDS DOWN our best decision, and our favorite vendor on our wedding day. (I am literally tear-ing up writing this!!!).

First of all, Leah is talented beyond belief. There is not a SINGLE PHOTO that we didn't love. NOT A SINGLE ONE. How many brides can say that?? We loved our photos so much, we put 5 of them in a collage on our Christmas Card (which feels absurd! We just truly could not pick only one). Every photo Leah took captured the very essence of our love. It's also important to note that she did our engagements as well, and we felt the exact same way.

Secondly, Leah does her homework. She got to know us as a couple, she went through my Pinterest boards, she went to multiple engagement sights and scoped them out all over Colorado (check this out on her website!), and she beat us to the venue (she literally has pictures of me getting out of the car with my bridesmaids at 7am). She found all the perfect spots for our photos. She had a plan, and she gave us advice on how to stay on schedule. We were able to enjoy our ENTIRE cocktail hour because she executed family photos after the ceremony in about 15 minutes (it was unbelievable how organized she was/is - my family was RAVING about her).

Third of all, the color and clarity and emotion in EVERY SINGLE PHOTO is beyond what I could've imagined for our wedding photos. She is so incredibly talented, and knew exactly how to capture the perfect moments. Our families cannot look at the photos without crying, and neither can we. I felt like Leah charged us a normal price for a Colorado photographer, but my husband and I both agreed that we would've paid her double what she charged, SHE IS THAT GOOD.

If you are looking for a wedding photographer, PLEASE do yourself a favor and book Leah. She felt like a maid of honor, best friend, sister, and just was basically THE ideal vendor. She is honestly perfect. Also, as we were about to head out the door for the send off, she handed us a sneak peak of wedding photos that she had somehow printed?? We LOVED them and they immediately went up on our fridge.

Leah is THE BEST out there, and basically, you absolutely must hire her. Thank you for everything, Leah!!!

Leah is magic! There aren't enough words to even explain how wonderful she is. She makes you feel at ease and blends seamlessly into the wedding day. Every single person I've shown photos to has commented on how magic she is and how stunning every single photo is.
