Hi, I’m Kote! I’m 20 years old, originally from Ethiopia, and now based in Colorado. I speak two languages and have always enjoyed meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and trying new things.

Before putting more of my focus into photography and content creation, I was going to school for aerospace engineering. I’ve always had a huge interest in planes, aviation, and pretty much anything that flies. It’s still something I’m really interested in and a big part of who I am outside of photography.

Right now, I work a CDL job with Colorado Barricade while building my photography and videography business. My goal is to eventually be able to do weddings and creative work full-time. I’m still young, so I’m enjoying the process of figuring things out, working hard, meeting people, and seeing where everything takes me.

I’m also a content creator outside of photography and have my own YouTube channel. I genuinely love recording my life, putting videos together, editing, and turning random moments into something worth watching. Half the time, if I’m doing something interesting, I’m probably thinking about how I could turn it into a video.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me creating something, learning about trading, going to the gym, playing soccer, watching anything involving cars or planes, or just spending time with friends and family.

Photography started as another way for me to be creative, but weddings have become one of my favorite things to capture. There’s always something happening, everyone is together, and no two weddings feel exactly the same. I get to meet new people, experience different traditions, and capture moments that actually mean something to someone.

I’m still at the beginning of all of this, and that’s probably my favorite part. I have a lot I want to accomplish, a lot I still want to learn, and I’m just enjoying building it all one step at a time.
