My experience getting my wedding dress here was so great! The ladies I worked with were excellent in helping me find the perfect dress and the tailors do such an amazing job! They were able to bring my dress down from something like a size 8 to a size 0 and add an extra layer of tulle to customize it for me. They all work so efficiently and with such kindness and positivity. Every dress fitting left me more and more excited for my wedding. I really appreciate their friendliness and ability to make things work in the time frame needed.

Back in Jan! This was the first location out of 2 bridal shops in town I had an apt for. They took me right at the start of my apt, I didn’t have to wait. I was helped by Hunter who was amazing. She picked dresses that were my preferred style and within reasonable price range I requested. She also helped with buttoning, zipping the back of all my dresses, made me aware of each price. She let me know if I bought a dress that day, it being my first time there I would receive a $200 off discount as well! These guys really make it feel all about you and spend the time with you, were respectful and friendly with my bridal party who came to support me also. I found the dress and had my moment of tears, I set it on hold because I had one more apt and wanted to explore all my options. The other boutique in town, I had a terrible experience at, came back to Ladies and Gents the same day to see if I still felt like the dress I loved earlier still gave me the same feeling and it did. Hunter also helped with the check out process and answered all my questions in regards to altering when the time comes. We also took photos with the famous I said Yes sign, adding some fun to the experience.

Once my dress came in Lady and Gents let me know, I texted them with the number provided and they were quick to respond!

Darian was a fabulous bridal consultant. She pulled 7-8 dresses for me to try on after I shared my ideas of what style I thought I might like & my dress was within that first bunch! She was very easy going, and made me feel comfortable, but that didn’t take away from her professionalism. With everything going on with the Corona Virus, Ladies & Gents has been nothing but flexible and informative regarding their scheduling for dress alteration appointments/fittings. My bridesmaids, mother, mother in-law, and flower girl all found beautiful dresses at L & G. I would recommend them to any bride!

With less than 2 months before my wedding day Ladies & Gents were able to order my dress from their warehouse and have it in store within 2 weeks!! Miranda & Darian were more than amazing!!

Cassie was so nice and professional. She helped me try on at least a dozen dresses until I found the one. Definitely recommend ladies and Gents.

Love their selection of wedding gowns - from simple W/elegance to romantic sparkle. Staff was friendly and really used their knowledge to help me say yes to the dress.

I looked for a dress at a few other shops and nothing felt right. Right when I walked into Ladies & Gents, Jade was so accommodating! She pulled the dress I ended up choosing! She was helpful and super sweet. The dress is a very reasonable price as well. Thanks L & G!

I am future bride from another corner of the world. I was looking my dream dress from different online shops all over the world, but mainly from US. As I had loads of hesitations when it comes buying wedding dress online, I was just looking for design ideas to present it to my dressmaker. Then I found IT! I contacted to seller right away and received very quick response. It was Ladies and Gents Bridal and Laura Wageman was the person whom I had very smooth communication and it just felt so right and safe to make a deal with her. I just cant describe in words how professional, helpful and flexible she was with me and we made a deal! I was lucky to have my dress in stock and it took only 3 weeks from our first contact to receive a dress to Estonia. Maybe I am just a lucky one that my measurements meets exactly size chart, but this dress fits perfectly and do`nt need even tiny alteration:) I cant be luckier!!!
I would encourage all abroad brides to cooperate with Ladies and Gents Bridal. Of course it is brides responsibility to be careful picking right size and ask all necessary questions before purchase.

Amazing staff! Went out if their way to get a dress I found online that they didn't carry in the store! I'm the third person in my family to buy my wedding dress from their store :)

They did a great job with all of my alterations! A little on the expensive side though.
