This vendor is very affordable for all it offers. The Decorator was a little rude with me over Text messages, but the Manager was very sweet and helped with everything else!

Wouldn’t recommend. Was very stressful, walked in with wrong centerpieces on table, after going back and forth with manager of what we didnt want she would say this what you asked for and then send new pictures months later.. had to purchase a lot of decorations because everything is so outdated. Little to no effort especially once venue was paid in full. On my wedding day I walked in with a lot of the decorations in the wrong place, signs were not hung just left on the table from days before that I was told it would be completed. Had to go in the day before wedding for rehearsal, so many random people going in and out and they even had showings during my rehearsal…. The bartender had to help me with my decorations THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE MY WEDDING STARTED.. because the manager was next door eating.. she kept the lights on all night and would not give me remote access, that was told we would have at time of booking, manager was no where to be found until our wedding was about to be over and just started throwing things away. Price for venue is very cheap but makes sense why.. a bride should never have had to do so much… especially on her wedding day, my husband had to carry a table downstairs to the front of the venue because they also did not take care of that, even though we asked multiple times 24 and 48 hours before the wedding.. yes, I wanted to have a hand in my decorations but there was no help besides the tables and chairs… very disappointing. The least that could have been done was being there to make sure the bride and good are good to go. If it wasn’t for their amazing bartender, HEMI.. I would have completely broke down from the frustration, disappointment and stress. Tried with dj and manager to get all music for dj set up all he had to do was literally play the playlist and he wouldn’t answer for none of the 6 months until 2 DAYS before we got married… service is terrible. Left my decorations to hopefully add some modern taste.. this should be not all about the money but about the couples or the special guests. You can never redo your wedding day and although the hall is beautiful I would have never decided on this venue if I knew it would have been such a stressful and unprofessional experience. Word of advice: Get the “extra” or luxurious venue and don’t settle. You end up spending about the same anyways and for someone who will actually care about your special moments.
