In the hills of the Roero, in Guarene, in the province of Cuneo, lies La Madernassa Resort: a 1 Michelin Star restaurant with a kitchen led by chef Giuseppe D'Errico, a park of more than 15,000 square meters, the Luserna stone pool and in the background the World Heritage landscape to complete the perfect picture for the bride and groom to experience the most important day of their lives.
Spaces and capacity
At guests' disposal are the two rooms of the restaurant and the romantic Langhe Terrace, from which there are stunning views of the hills and sunsets over the Alpine arc, and the park, where oaks, hornbeams, orchards, rows of grapes, aromatic plants, vegetable gardens, greenhouses and in whose Cherry Garden the most important moment is celebrated.
Services offered
Specially reserved for the celebration is the music hall, which opens to the garden, porches and pool, an ideal space for the welcome drink. There is no shortage of an open bar, with cocktails, a sweet table and a candy bar dedicated to sugared almonds. For lovers of the genre, there is a tasting room of great wines and meditation, a craft beer service accompanied by small savory snacks, and the reserved Rhum & Cigar corner.
Catering
Chef Giuseppe D'Errico accompanies guests in choosing the menu with a cuisine that tells of traditions, memory, nature and art. The cake in single-portion format for each guest is dedicated to the important moment of cutting, in a setting tailor-made to order. To crown the gastronomic experience, the pairings chosen by sommelier Giuseppe Palazzo, author of a cellar with more than 10,000 bottles and nearly 1,900 labels, focused on the realities of Italian and foreign excellence.

I am Events Manager at La Madernassa Resort, I gained my experience directly alongside the director. Accurate, punctual, helpful and with a great propensity for problem solving. The indispensable resource in organising an event, especially when everything has to be perfect. I follow the couple from the first moment of the visit to the resort until the goodbyes at the end of the evening. I will be your best ally in preparing what together we will make the event of the year that everyone will be talking about. Sunny, sweet and dynamic, I will always anticipate and guide you step by step in the construction of your special day.
Born in 1987, CEO of the La Madernassa group since 2021, I have been following the development of the resort of the same name since its inception. For 20 years I have been artistic director of various groups and brands in the world of events, and for more than 15 years I have been following weddings in particular, never missing an opportunity to train and update myself on the latest innovations in the field.
From my economics education, with a three-year master's degree in Neurolinguistic Programming, a journalist since 2014, I never interrupt my training, making available to all couples the most modern possibilities in the field of event organisation and beyond. Thanks to me, couples can count on 360-degree assistance in solving any problems or special requests they may have.
In 2020 I was called upon to lead the resort out of the crisis, first pandemic and then economic (of 2022), thus becoming a point of reference for guests and staff at La Madernassa Resort.
Empathetic, curious and shrewd, I love to put the client at ease and understand their interests in order to engage in constructive and friendly conversations. This is one of the best skills to make a customer feel at home and make their experience unique and personal.
Having graduated from the hotel management school in Turin in 1994, I took the AIS courses in the following years to reach the highest level of professional sommelier. Of all my experiences in starred restaurants, 3 are the ones that characterise me:
