Carlos from La Cazuela did a great job up until the day of the wedding. When we met with him and throughout the whole process he definately worked with our budget and assured us that we had nothing to worry about come the day of the wedding. I was so excited to have La Cazuela as our Caterer because I loved their food and he was just so great to us and working with us to make sure that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, come the day of the wedding things didn't turn out as stress free as he promised. We bought food for 200 guest, however only 100 people showed up yet they were serving our guest very little food. We also had agreed with him that his staff would pass out our cake and they did not. They had already put all the plates and utensils away and only very few of our guests received cake. He also assured us he would bring all the drinks and alcohol THAT WE BOUGHT to the venue...yet he left 12 packs of sodas and a pack of water at his restaurant. My mother-in-law even had to argue with his staff about them stealing our alcohol. They were putting everything back on their truck, yet we had bought the alcohol and other drinks. We had no complaints until the day of the wedding which was so disappointing because I really thought he would stick to his word and in the end I just felt lied to.
