The remodeled barn with authentic style, romantic high-end lighting, and large courtyard, provides the perfect backdrop for your special event. The 62 acre property is surrounded by large trees that dapple in the sunlight, rolling hillsides, and a spring fed creek, appropriately named, “Spring Creek.” The resulting tranquility combined with modern amenities makes this a sophisticated location that merges nature and rustic, industrial style. Ceremony locations are idyllic and charming with stone tunnels, barns, and an arbor. The numerous outdoor areas also offer serene spots for photography sessions, including an old tobacco barn across a wooden bridge over the creek.

The barn boasts a rustic and industrial-chic vibe ideal for the contemporary couple. The simple elegance of the design and layout provides a beautiful template for your wedding. 5,300 square feet provides plenty of room for dining, dancing, and anything else you can imagine. The barn features an outdoor terrace with a fireplace, for a cozy evening gathering place as well as a location for toasts, cocktail receptions, and even dancing under the stars. Upon entering the barn you are greeted with dark aged wood, romantic lighting, and concrete floors for a modern-industrial look. Large oversized windows in the loft provide the perfect lighting for those gorgeous shots indoors. The addition is where you’ll find an oversized L-shaped bar which has indoor/outdoor accessibility, sure to please your guests whether they're enjoying dinner in the barn or dancing the night away in the courtyard. Don’t forget to check out the restrooms, as they always bring a “Wow” factor, as well as the groomsmen room.

Looking for a wedding package where all you have to do is show up? We can make that happen - ask us for all the details! In the interest of saving you some time, the Saturday (12 hours) venue fee is under $8000 and Sundays (10 hours) fee is $6500. There are no minimums for food and beverage. What does that mean? You can save money and even bring in your own insured caterer and bartender.
