Laura and Lance came all the way up to Grand Marais to cater our wedding. We got married June 13th, 2020 during the Covid pandemic. The lodge provided them with limited resources and even with the strange circumstances they blew us away. Several of our guests said they had never had food that good at a wedding. We heard nothing but positive comments. They did a bbq with brisket one evening, and they served cordon bleus and beef tenderloin wedding night. I highly recommend the short rib tacos and bruschetta for appetizers. Please use them for your catering needs, they will not disappoint!

Seriously. Best. Food. Ever. We went with the BBQ menu they offer and are thrilled with how everything turned out! We did the Whole Hog Roast and it was a huge hit with our guests. Not only was the food amazing, but the presentation of the roast hog was fun too! guests were complimenting the food all night! Lance and Laura made our wedding meal one to remember! They are the best at what they do! They even accommodated my picky groom and made him a cheeseburger because that's what he wanted. The homemade mac n' cheese was amazing!

I always knew when working with Laura to finalize the details of the meal that my needs were a priority! Top notch customer service and I was never left wondering anything because she thought of everything! She made everything seamless and easy!
