This business is a tribute to the legacy of Fred Sevier, or "Big Papa," as he was known to his family and friends. Fred was a war veteran who loved serving his community through great food and his specialty barbecue sauce. Though Fred passed away in 2019, Big Papa BBQ is a celebration of his life and the distinctly Southern, wood-smoked barbecue cuisine he loved so much.
