The food at our wedding was DELICIOUS!! And we say that being self proclaimed food snobs. We came across Elegante Cuisine at a vendor fair at our venue, The Brix on the Fox, and loved their appetizers. After a tasting we were sold and started working with one of their coordinators. This coordinator left a few months before our wedding, however that was not an issue. The transition to our new coordinator, Rebecca Fuentes, was seamless. Rebecca was very easy to work with and responsive to all our emails leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding Rebecca and her team helped to set up a donut board and cookie trays during dinner which was a HUGE help! We had a 300 person wedding and we were worried about the food being cold. But after talking to our guests they all raved at how delicious the food was and that it was warm. We had chicken asiago, beef tenderloins and stuffed portobello mushroom. We had a few people with nut and gluten allergies and Elegante accommodate those with no difficulties. We are so happy with how all the food turned out and cannot recommend Elegante and Rebecca enough!

Elegante Cuisine is one of the higher end catering companies in the area, so this was a splurge for us, but one that we do not regret. Good food and good music are two of the biggest factors in the guest experience, so it was worth it to us. Our tasting was awesome; their menu options are extensive but all the dishes seemed to be executed perfectly. They had catered at our venue many times, and seemed highly competent. During and since the wedding, many of our friends and family have raved to us that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Our entrees were the chicken asiago and the stuffed peppers (sooo good!). On the wedding day, Elegante staff took great care of us, even making sure we had hot, full plates and an assortment of our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres ready when we entered the reception space. We worked with Trisha, who at times did not respond very effectively or efficiently to our questions/concerns/requests, but overall we are very happy with the services we received and us and all the guests were certainly well fed.
