Kristi Erkman helped me with the hotel arrangements for my daughter's wedding held in the Beaches Resort at Turks and Caicos on February 14, 2015. This was a very busy weekend at the resort being Valentine's Day.
During the months before the wedding and up to the last day before our trip, Kristi helped all the guests attending traveling from different locations, eg Europe, South America and USA. She was very helpful, prompt to respond all the different questions and very professional during the process.
