  Top notch service

  Kristi's guidance on our trip out of the country was invaluable. She was always prompt with communications, eager to set my mind at ease with a phone call or email, and provided clear step by step instructions for us to have successful trip. Throughout the process, I always understood my choices and trusted Kristi's recommendations. We can't wait to utilize her services again!

  Kristi did a fabulous job arranging everything for our honeymoon. She took the time to listen to what we were really looking for and came back with several options. Once we picked, she handled everything and did a great job answering my many questions leading up to an international trip. My wife and I were very happy with her service, the trip itself, and the final cost. I would certainly recommend working with her and plan to work with her again in the future.

  Kristi caught a major change in my itinerary made by the airlines and saved me money and time because of this error that I overlooked. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything!

  Kristi Erkman helped me with the hotel arrangements for my daughter's wedding held in the Beaches Resort at Turks and Caicos on February 14, 2015. This was a very busy weekend at the resort being Valentine's Day.
  During the months before the wedding and up to the last day before our trip, Kristi helped all the guests attending traveling from different locations, eg Europe, South America and USA. She was very helpful, prompt to respond all the different questions and very professional during the process.
  I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future as well as recommend her to friends or family.

  Kristi was AMAZING!!! she really took care of me and all my guest. Once we got to the resort unbeknownst to us we got free upgrades! She worked with each guest individually and worked out any kinks that came along. My wedding was a GREAT SUCCESS thanks to Kristi :)

  She kept forgetting and losing our information so we had to provide it multiple times and she did not process our last payment when we told her too.
