You can buy lots of items off the rack; however, if you want to order a dress it may take several months. Give yourself lots of time if you are a bride. There are several mother of the bride or groom dresses in stock. I saw lots of prom dresses too but that wasn't my focus. I heard the staff had changed so I gave the place a try. I highly recommend. It made the planning for my special day much easier.

Kristen's Bridal had a style show in the Grand Forks Wedding Expo and I grabbed a photo on my phone of a dress that I loved during the show. I emailed them asking what type of dress it was and how much it would be. They emailed back right away and gave me the information I needed. They had given a coupon at the Expo that had reduced the cost of the dress as well. I asked to setup an appointment on a Sunday, not realizing they were closed on Sundays during this time of year. They replied back that Sunday would work. They had someone come in even though they were closed for me to try on the dress.

I had tried on dresses at three other places in Fargo before I went to Kristen's. All the dresses I liked were a similar style to the dress I liked at Kristens. In the end, Kristens had the dress I wanted and loved the most. It was also the $300 cheaper than the similar styles at the other stores. I was able to take the dress home the same day as they had my size. I am very happy with my purchase.

Although most of the gowns are overpriced by my standards, I found the most beautiful dress on clearance that is exactly what I was looking for. After purchasing the dress, they started alterations immediately since we were on a tight time frame. They were very helpful in picking out dresses that fit my body type as well. I would definitely recommend Kristen's Bridal to the next happy bride!

The sales girls were stuck up especially the younger girls working on the weekends, I guess you could say I felt like Julia Roberts in 'Pretty Woman' before they knew she had money. I would suggest going during the week when the owner and other staff are scheduled. I am glad I gave them a second chance. The owner and weekday sales woman were very friendly, courtious and helpful.

I used them for my alterations. They did a very nice job in a short amount of time. My only real complaint was the cost. I thought that $100+ for a simple hem was way over priced.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had with this business! First of all, I did not have a large budget for a wedding dress. Almost everything in their miniscule selection was way over my price point. The store associates showed me some of the cheapest, ugliest dresses I've ever seen. Feeling rushed and worried that I might not find a dress in time, I purchased the only dress I liked of the ones I tried on that Friday night. Over the weekend I started having second thoughts about the purchase. I brought it back an hour after the store opened the next Monday. The store associate was not very understanding of my situation and refused to give me a refund because "it's posted up everywhere". I was not verbally informed about their no returns policy during the transaction and so was not aware of it. This company should consider that just having signs up might not be enough to make their customers aware of their returns policy. I had to specifically ask for an in-store credit and the associate was very reluctant to even do that for me. I was extremely frustrated by the associate's lack of compassion and understanding that not everyone is observant and I certainly did not expect such an opportunistic business practice from a small business owner.
Yes, I should not have purchased a dress without being 100% sure that I liked it... But this dress was not a custom order! It was straight off the rack and there were no alterations done. It was returned in the exact same condition it was in the day I took it out of the store. Overall, the WORST experience... Kristen's Bridal is not the place to go for Bride's on a budget.
