I am beyond pleased with the service and personal attention I have receive every time I go to Keizer Cummings. My fiance got my engagement ring at Keizer Cummings. I have a size 3 ring finger and every other store told me they weren't able to size a ring that small or that I could only have a single diamond. I wasn't going to let that stop me from finding the perfect ring so my fiance and I went into Keizer Cummings and they were willing to help me find the ring perfect for me. Then I found the perfect ring but it was too expensive for us. They worked with us to find a way to get the perfect ring at the right price. They put my grandma's diamond from her wedding ring into my ring and it was perfect with so much meaning. They worked with us every step of the way. After I got my ring, it was slightly too big and they were so willing to help size it and clean it to ensure it was what I wanted.

My husband's family has been going to Kizer Cummings for years, and working with Erin there. Erin has always steered the husband in a good direction when he has picked gifts for me, and they hit it out of the park with the engagement ring and wedding band.

In picking the wedding band, I found styles online to show Erin what I was thinking of. She explained that the settings used in what I was seeing from the major websites were insufficient to secure the smaller diamonds I wanted, and was able to recommend an alternative that would achieve the look I wanted without compromising the structure.
