If I could give zero stars I would... If you’re looking for transportation for an event I’d look elsewhere. Getting a hold of this company was impossible. They only responded to my initial inquiry with pricing. I sent many follow-up emails trying to book for my wedding. I also tried calling multiple times and no one would answer or return my calls. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t waste my time if I were you.

I booked them for a trolley for my May 16th wedding back in February. Then Covid 19 happened and we had to postpone our wedding until August. I contact them in March to notify them of the change and ask if they could reschedule on the new day. They said they were unavailable on the new day. Per the contract, if I canceled within 30 days of the event I got a full refund. I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. Despite repeated follow up with them then have not responded to my request at all.
