Cecelia was wonderful. She provided beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. She even made suggestions to help keep our costs down. She is amazing and truly cares that her brides are happy.

Cecilia was amazing! I came in with just ideas of what I wanted and she made them into reality. She went over ideas with me and shared with me what flowers would work best with what I had envisioned. Cecilia is super sweet, professional, caring, and supportive. In all our meetings, she asked if I was ok and how I was handling stress. The flowers was one of the few things I did not worry about, I knew Cecilia had me covered. I would 100% recommend Katy House of Flowers!

Flowers were wonderful...white roses were a little ivory color instead of white but i think it is because they were sitting out which is to be expected. other than that she was a nice lady to work with.

we were shorted one Boutonniere and the roses were the wrong ones. we requested a Hot pink rose that was sorta tiger striped with a lighter pink and a dark pink; but got a really dark (almost red) rose instead. The corsages were small for what we paid for them and they did not deduct anything from the price eventhough we supplied all of our own ribbon.

Horrible experience with Katy House of Flowers. I came in with a photo of the bouquets and flowers I wanted. The owner, Cecilia, thought the bouquets were beautiful and assured me she could make replicas of them We discussed the decorative flowers in detail, and I was assured multiple times that my chosen flowers we easily accessible during my wedding month and that there should be no problem.

A month before the wedding we tried to contact Katy House of Flowers to confirm everything was a-OK for the wedding. Their phone was never answered, voicemail box was full and any e-mails sent to them kept getting sent back. After about two weeks of this, we finally hear back. We were assured that everything was in order and on track.

The day of the wedding comes around and someone (who we'd never seen before) delivers the flowers. We were guaranteed that she would be there to help set up everything.

The flowers were NOTHING like we wanted. The bouquets, especially mine, was completely different than expected. The decorative flowers were the wrong colors and not the expected sizes.

We were really ripped off. We didnt get any of the flowers we PAID for (she had us pay everything ahead of time), and we didn't get the AMOUNT we paid for.

You definitely don't get what you pay for here so STAY AWAY. This place is difficult to work with and will straight out lie to your face, take your money and then have someone else drop off their incorrect flowers on the day of your wedding.
