I don’t even know where to begin…. Our wedding turned out to be everything I dreamed of and more. Kate was literally a lifesaver throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was always very informative, organized and detail oriented. She consistently answered any and all my questions, any time of day or night. Kate was able to recommend some of my great vendors. I can not thank her enough for everything she has done for us to make things less stressful. Seriously Kate, you are amazing at what you do and now that the wedding is over, I’m so glad I get to now also call you a friend. Anyone looking for a wedding planner, I highly recommend her!!!!

You were a text away when I had questions, needed suggestions, and when I was spiraling, you always talked me down, reminding me that everything will be ok and not to stress. And you were 100% right. Our wedding day was flawless, even with the weather changing our plans. You organized that change and made sure it was still beautiful. You ran around that hotel making sure we were all where we were supposed to be, and made sure everything was running smoothly and on time. You weren’t just our coordinator but our friend. While Kate came highly recommended as a professional wedding planner, nothing could've prepared us for how truly amazing she is at her job. From top tier venue and vendor recommendations in the beginning stages, to catering to both me and my husband on our wedding day, Kate's services are paramount. I am so thankful for Kate and everything she did for our wedding. We live in California but were getting married in Baltimore, so we knew we would need a wedding planner to help organize everything and Kate was that and more. Her connections with vendors and her organization made the process so smooth. She is wonderful and easy to talk to as well and always was right on top of every little detail. Going in, we knew there was a chance that Kate would not be personally available on our wedding date, but she had Jenna available to execute the plans on the wedding day and between the two of them we had a perfect wedding allowing us to relax and enjoy. When we set out to hire a wedding planner, lets face it; It would be tough to live up to our expectations. With my background, and planning capabilities I was really looking for more of a "partner" than a "planner". This is where Kate came in.

Kate was responsive and willing to be flexible from the first call. She was communicative, and went above and beyond in SO many ways, even at times it might not have been needed, she stepped in to help. Where I thought we were hiring the planner who was "willing" to do things our way, we later learned, she just knew the way to tell us to do things! A real communicator, professional, and timely; Kate kept us on pace, on time, on budget, and ON BRAND.

Understanding my now wife and I is no easy task, but kate did so, embracing that understanding to make our wedding literally perfect. (the only complaint was that someone told us the lights would dim, and they did not dim... so I think we did pretty well.) Her team (she had a whole team on the day of) did so much for us, I literally put my phone down and followed my watch... the timeline was strict, and I knew exactly where to be and when, so kate could capture every moment with photographers in tow. She coordinated for the caterer, rentals, venue, other vendors... even managing payments when time was needed. I could not have asked for a better partner to manage this event. Kate understood the fine line between pushing too far, and not enough. She went the extra mile. She put us in the best position to know our own ambitions, and created the PERFECT WEEKEND for myself, my wife, and our family.

Wow. Wow. Wow. From the very beginning, Kate was the absolute best. We hired her over a year ago and even though she was our week/day-of coordinator, she was always there to answer my questions throughout the entire process. She was responsive, so kind, and just a joy to be around. She ran our rehearsal for us because our officiant was new to the game. She meticulously and effortlessly (at least that’s how it looked) executed everything I could have asked for on the day of the wedding. She paid attention to every little detail. Not to mention, she became a friend throughout this process. She was my sounding board this entire week when it came to the weather, and helped us make the final decision to have our ceremony outside. Being a Type A bride and putting so much effort into planning and organizing a wedding makes it hard to give up control and let someone else set-up and run through your very detailed itinerary. But I would do it all over again with Kate by my side. If you’re thinking about hiring someone who will help your day go so smoothly, she is your girl. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
