Karen is an incredible travel agent, delivering first class service without any cost to the customer. She has helped my family and me plan several vacations, including Disney and the Caribbean. She provides excellent service and is extremely organized and thorough. There is not one detail that slips through the cracks. She is on top of everything, and if she doesn't know an answer she will find out and get back with you in a very timely fashion. She also provides insight that other agents don't know or don't take the time to provide, especially in terms of Disney. She's a wealth of knowledge! I can't recommend her enough!

We were planning our first trip to Disney (2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 6 year old and a 2 year old) and were overwhelmed with options. Karen took the time to get to know our family dynamic and desires from our vacation and assisted in planning a dream vacation for us. She tailored and personalized the trip based on US, so it was truly OUR vacation, not something planned out via online travel plans/itineraries. She created spreadsheets to help with the timing and mapping out our days as well. When discounts became available, she automatically applied them.

Karen also was very responsive in my countless emails, usually within the hour. I had numerous dates and resorts in mind, so Karen took the time to run all the numbers before we finally settled on our date and resort. She was also knowledgeable about the different resorts and was able to recommend a resort based on our family wants.
