We provided Karen with a photo of what we wanted for a cake - and it was exact !! The cake not only looked good but tasted great ! I was a little nervous about the delivery going all the way from Olean, NY to Orchard Park, NY on the hottest day of the summer - but when I arrived at the reception, there it was - what was I worried about ?? I had left an important part of the reception in good hands :) Thanks Karen !

when purchasing such an detailed corvette cake, i knew it would look great, but only taste "okay"...
i couldn't have been more wrong!! our cake was absolutely amazing...it was the hit of the party. people raved on and on about the design and taste. i could not have been more pleased and will continue to use karen for all upcoming occasions. thank you, karen for making my husbands 30th birthday a truly memorable one!

We had 2 days to plan a wedding and Karen made the time to make a beautiful wedding cake for us last minute--even came and set it up and helped decorate. Best service ever and the price was outstanding!

Karen did a great job! Cake was REALLY good!! She delivers it and sets it up and is very flexible when you decide to add to the order!! Love her and wouldn't use anyone else. We will definitely use her in the future for all our cakes!!

Although Karen did not provide me with a wedding cake she did work with me on creating a cake for my daughters first birthday. After seeing her facebook page I knew Karen had to be the one to make this cake for my Addie's 1st birthday. The cake was absolutely PERFECT in every aspect and Karen worked with me to ensure the cake would be exactly what I wanted. At first site of the cake I thought the cake was a little bit smaller than what she had stated it would feed, but once we cut the cake(which took me over 2 hours, because it was so beautiful I almost wasn't going to cut it!) I realized that it was plenty enough for my 40 guests! I would recommend Karen to anyone!

Horrible experience. Read all of the great reviews and then I get my wedding cake delivered. It was not even the cake I ordered! I immediately send a message and got I am sorry and that's it. To make matters worse, when I tasted my piece, a giant hair was baked right in the middle. I happen to mention it to a guest at my weddings who said there was a hair in hers but she wasn't going to say anything!!

Double & triple check your date with baker. Wedding cake ordered, day of wedding, no cake. Not delivered, because the date was wrong in the baker's book. A wedding guest went to Top's bakery & purchased 4 sheet cakes. We made the best of the situation, but learned a valuable lesson. Be SURE the date is correct with your person. Baker did refund all of our money paid.
