Our cake was so gorgeous ❤️ And it was so good everybody wanted to take some home

Beautiful and delicious! We received many compliments on it. Only complaint was our two flavors (vanilla and apple cider) looked so similar, we could not tell the difference between them!

We had a beautiful wedding cake done by Karen! It was just what we imagined it to be, and delicious too!!! She was so great! I changed the design a couple of times and she did it exactly how I hoped for!! Thanks so much again Karen!!

When booking our reception with the Radisson Rochester Airport we found out that part of the wedding package was a cake provided by Cakes by Karen. The process was so simple and effortless that it seemed too easy. Once my contract was signed with the Radisson I sent an email to Karen and she responded within a couple of hours. Because I was planning a wedding in just about a month I was short on time for tastings, appointment, etc. Karen was extremely accommodating. She let us pick our tasting flavors and had them at the Radisson so that we could do our food tasting and cake tasting on the same night. This was a huge service above and beyond in my eyes and is still greatly appreciated. From the first bite I knew there was nothing to worry about with the cake. AMAZING!! That's all I can say. After the tasting we sent her an email with what flavors we wanted, the approximate number of people, and some photos for inspiration. She came up with a sketch and it was everything we had asked for. The day of came around and when we arrived at the reception to see the room the first thing I noticed was the cake. And it was glorious!! Karen nailed all the little things we had talked about with the design. We received compliments from everyone about the cake and inquiries to who made it. Cakes by Karen was a pleasure to work with!!

Karen made the most beautiful cake for my wedding on 9/2/17. It was prefect! She helped my fiancé and mutually agree on the design of our cake! I thank her for delivering what we invisioned! We've received many compliments since the wedding, about how beautiful and good tasting the cake was.

We chose Cakes by Karen and we are glad we did. Our wedding was 05/06/2017 and the cake was amazing! The planning process was easy and thorough. We met and she asked and listened to our ideas and what we wanted for the cake. We ended up choosing a photo of a cake design we liked, the photo was kind of small, but she delivered the design beautifully! The taste was amazing, the designs spot on and she was able to coordinate with our floral shop to get the live flowers on the cake perfectly. We actually didn't see the cake until day of, but it was everything we expected and couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommended! Thank you!

We go to cakes by Karen for all our cakes. I'm not a fan of cake and the cakes she makes are the only ones we ever get! A couple times we got the wrong kind of cake but she was very receptive to us letting her know and would make sure when we order again it does not happen. She made our wedding cake with four flavors and they were all amazing! People raved about the cake! She is also super creative and can make your ideas look so real! I will only go to Karen and suggest you do too!

Cakes by Karen did an amazing job on our wedding cake and groom's cake! We asked for a specific comic book character to be climbing out of the wedding cake and she did a wonderful job with it! The groom's cake, however, stole the show! My husband's birthday was on our wedding day so I wanted to surprise him with a groom's/birthday cake. I asked for a specialty cake in a steampunk motif, with a Victorian hat, gears, and mechanical looking octopus. She absolutely delivered! The metallics were amazing, the hat with goggles looked real and had the most impressive attention to detail, and the octopus was both cool and adorable looking! All of our guests were so impressed with it and all of the cake tasted wonderful too! We also ordered cupcakes, cookies, and cannolis. Cakes by Karen did a wonderful job and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting a specialty cake! She was also very helpful during the whole process.

With a slight hiccup on the wedding day all was set right. It turned out great! Everyone loved the cupcakes that we had for our wedding!

We choose Cakes by Karen because we wanted a non tradition wedding cake. She was so flexible and was willing to try anything. We wanted a 4 tiered cookie cake as our wedding cake and an Otto the orange syracuse grooms cake. She had never done either of them but they turned out amazing and exactly what I had hoped they would be! Our guests loved both and just raved about the wedding cookie cake. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
