Most of us have meditated before, and on the first Wednesday of every month we join together for a group meditation. We enjoy a work from Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Every first Wednesday of the month we meditate together at the salt cave Grota Solna. RSVP is required because seats are limited. $10 All proceeds go to Care and Share in Niantic to support local community in need of clothes, food, etc.
