My wife and I were so happy to have been able to work with Justin Etzel to have our engagement photos and wedding photos done. Justin was laid back, attentive, and thoughtful. On our wedding day, especially, he was willing to spend the entire day with us to document the most important day of our lives. Justin is amazing! We recently got married (10/01/16) and he was the perfect photographer for us. We were pretty much incapable of making any decisions as far as timeline and who should be where when (major wedding frenzy brain), but he made some simple suggestions and everything worked out perfectly. He knows what he's doing! He was extremely professional and a very chill/comfortable person to be around all day. Most importantly, his photography style and pictures are INCREDIBLE! We knew from his previous work that his pictures would be great, but everything turned out better than we imagined. He provided us with so many beautiful pictures to remember an amazing day! Justin was polite, professional, and friendly and we were very glad that he was able to photograph our wedding. He was really flexible with our schedule: he met the women at the hair salon in the morning for getting ready photos, then spent the day at the venue, and came to the hotel for a few quick shots at the afterparty. His wife, Taylor, also came, and was a great help arranging the photos (and my train) and removing unwanted objects (like sticks) from the shots. Some of the guests commented how well Justin blended in as he moved around to get the shots. Justin was also amazingly quick getting the final photos back to us—I was expecting to be waiting a few more weeks, so I was very pleasantly surprised when he sent them over to us. Overall, the photos are beautiful, especially the ones he recommended we take “when the light was good” after dinner. We would definitely recommend working with Justin.

Justin was SUCH a lucky find. We had a short engagement, and I'm pretty picky about photos. I saw a project on which Justin was a second shooter, and of all the photos-- his shots were my favorites. 6 months later and I had the BEST photos any Bride could want. His shots are artistic and high-res but not over-processed. The shots felt natural and fun---not canned and staged. We're a little over-adventurous, but Justin took it all in stride. No watermarks and reasonable rates. Definitely a gem of a photographer!

Justin was fantastic. We could not have asked for anything better. He was wonderful to work with; super easy, but we felt confident we were in good hands. We had a couple video calls (one before we signed the contract, one before the wedding) to review information, questions, logistics, etc. Made for a very easy and low stress time on the day of our wedding. Justin's photos were amazing. Liking his work was a requisite for working with him, but we are thrilled with our own wedding photos. He returned them a couple weeks after the wedding, we love them and receive compliments from everyone. They're beautiful. Can't recommend Justin enough.
