Amy's destiny in the food business began in her childhood where she grew amongst several generations of family with an extreme passion for cooking and entertaining. What started as a hobby grew into an opportunity to become the head chef of Indulge Catering. After Amy’s experience indulging her clients for the last two years, she was inspired to launch her own catering business where she has partnered up with former Indulge co workers, Kristen and Andrea Braasch. This dynamic culinary team promises fresh, innovative food combined with extraordinary service. Their overall mission is for their loyal client base to Relish their memorable events whether it is an intimate diner party for 12 to a chic cocktail party for 50 on up to large scale events to include weddings, corporate events or any significant milestone to be celebrated!
Kristen & Andrea Braasch, Wedding & Event Coordinators
Sisters Kristen and Andrea have been planning events since their guest list included the famous Miss Barbie and Mr. Ken. The two sisters started their professional career planning weddings and events in 2005 with Indulge owner Torie Laurent as their confidant. Andrea continued her career working at a local boutique hotel in Berkeley managing weddings & on site events then moving to New York to plan corporate events. Kristen continued with Indulge into 2008 then moved into the design world to further her knowledge of branded environments for Apple, Citibank, GAP among others. The two sisters returned to partner with Indulge Chef Amy Hamilton to launch Relish in October 2010.
