Lauren did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. It was BEAUTIFUL. Looked like a perfectly styled wig was placed on my head haha! My hair held through the rain of the ceremony and the fun of the reception. Highly recommend!
Heather did a great job on my makeup. My makeup looked amazing, I had to retouch under the eye but that’s to be expected when you’re running around! It looked great in photos & had no light reflect/white cast!

I had the best experience collaborating with Lauren on my wedding hairstyle. She was detail oriented, sweet and so helpful. She even drove to get fake eyelashes for me bc my current ones kept falling off, and it was pouring outside! She was above and beyond:)

I met Lauren for a consultations 4 weeks before my wedding. We tried several ideas and settled on a loose, messy, curly style with sample flowers from my florist tucked into the curls. I loved it! She set it with all her special hair sprays so well, the style lasted for another 10 hours. She was open to my ideas, worked quickly and was very reasonably priced. She definitely knows special wedding styles! If you've got a picture of what you want, she can duplicate it. Or she can alter it to make it unique to you. I'm looking forward to seeing her on my wedding day because I know she will make me look beautiful!

went into Just Hair to get my trial appointment for my hair and makeup for my wedding vow renewal. Lauren did a fantastic job doing my hair and I was absolutely in love with it. She was so nice and we had good conversation.

Heather did my makeup. She never asked me what kind of skin I had. Only asked if I used moisturizer and I told her I did the night before. I told her my concerns with my makeup rubbing off on my husbands suit or when someone hugged me and she reassured me that wouldn’t be the case because she was using professional makeup. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. When she turned me around to look in the mirror It was not what I expected at all. It looked nothing like the picture and I pointed out to her where it was clumping and looked weird on my forehead. She stated that when I got my eye brows done it wouldn’t do that anymore. Then I pointed out that I felt like I needed more on my eyes to get the affect I wanted. She put more on but it honestly didn’t look different. She never used a primer. Never contoured. Didn’t use a setting spray. Didn’t use false lashes which I wanted to be used on the day of. She asked me if I wanted to use falsies on my trial but worded it like it was a burden. I told her to do what she felt like she needed to do. The makeup looked like I was wearing a mask and wasn’t blended into my neck. Both of my eyes looked different. The makeup looked nothing like the picture I showed her. My lipstick came off within an hour and I voiced that I wanted a stain as well during my appointment. All the makeup was off my face within 2 hours. It wouldn’t have even made it to my ceremony had that been the day of my actual event. I voiced my concern with the shop and voiced that I didn’t want to lose Lauren as my hair girl and they reassured me this wouldn’t happen. Was told by Heather shes never had a complaint before and this professional makeup never comes off. It was literally transferring to my phone and to my hands by just touching my face. After nicely telling Heather and the shop of everything I was unhappy with Lauren canceled for me on my event day as well. My event is 22 days away and now I’m scrambled finding a hair person as well. Completely unsatisfied with the way I was treated after voicing that I was not happy with the makeup application. A wedding day is supposed to be happy and the bride is supposed to feel beautiful. Loved my hair but the makeup did not have me feeling beautiful.

Do your research and go to another place for hair and makeup for your wedding. Would never want another bride to experience this.

Want to add that Raegan the owner of the shop was very nice and tried to handle this all on her own. She called me and spoke with me about everything and agreed that Heather should give me a refund. When Heather wouldn’t give a refund, Raegan decided she would out of her own pocket. Everyone is individually contracted here, but Raegans professionalism far exceeded Heather’s. I cannot believe the way I was treated by Heather.
