Vicki of Just a Little Dessert Company has a HUGE gift for baking the most decadent cakes and desserts. When I first tried her cupcakes, I was blown away at how soft, light, and tasty they were. I am very picky when it comes to cakes/cupcakes and so it was surprising that I could not put these down! Not only do her cakes taste good, but they look beautiful too! My favorite cake ever are her unique Geode style decorations (which I claim she is the first to ever come out with this idea!). For my birthday, she surprised me the most amazing geode inspired cherry cake that was TO DIE. TO DIE!! She is also the winner of Food Network’s: Cake Wars Hello Kitty Edition, which really was no surprise because she is amazing!

It's all been said about Viki. Her desserts are works of art that taste as amazing as they look. She is so talented at what she does. She puts so much heart and love into each piece of work that I know you will never be disappointed.

Viki made our Wedding cake and Grooms cake for our wedding in June, 2017. She not only delivered delicious cakes that everyone kept complimenting us on but they were beautiful as well. Our Grooms cake was a Whiskey Barrel and it never got cut at the wedding....we think the servers though it was a decoration because it was made so well! We too home a whole cake after the wedding haha. She was such a pleasure to work with and worked with our schedules for our tasting and anything we needed. We are so glad she was on our preferred vendors list and even more glad we choose her. You will definitely not be disappointed and her cakes are worth every penny.
