My husband and I are SO glad we booked Julina and Jay for our fall/winter Mohican engagement shoot and wedding day photography (7/21/18). They are both so sweet, very professional, and such a delightful to work with. They made us feel at ease during the whole wedding day, even when we were running a little behind on our timeline. My husband is not a big fan of getting his picture taken, but Julina and Jay made him feel so comfortable and not posed, and it DEFINITELY shows in our photos! Our sneak peek images on the blog thus far are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and it is clear that they are incredibly talented. At the time of this review (10 days after our wedding) we haven't gotten our photos back, but I am absolutely SURE they will look awesome. Julina and Jay were awesome. Not only did Jay take awesome shots, but he helped me with my cufflinks, we could not figure out how to get them to stay put. Both Julina and Jay have perfect personalities for us. It was hot as all get out during our wedding and neither of them complained once. They made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Awesome. Just awesome!

Julina is INCREDIBLE! Not only is she an amazing photographer but Julina is so fun to be with. I was bummed that it was raining on my wedding day, but Julina was quick to reassure me that she can work with anything, plus she "had ordered this day just for me". :) Leading up to the wedding day, Julina was beyond helpful. She answered my many, many questions, was honest with different suggestions or ideas I had, was so quick to respond, along with being incredibly positive through the whole thing. Even during my wedding and reception, Julina was the one I went to if I had questions about timing or how best to handle things. She was so patient and helpful from the littlest things to the biggest. Julina is just the real deal. I recommend Julina to anyone and everyone. She has great packages, affordable pricing, and captures every special moment of your day in such a beautiful way! I am so thankful for Julina and her team for being apart of my amazing day!

Please look no further for a photographer. Julina is absolutely the best. I had a very specific desire for the feel for our photography and when I described what I was hoping for in wedding and engagement photos she captured it perfectly. She also is extremely kind, easy to work with, and her pricing is incredibly generous considering her talent and the quality and quantity of photos! I am a camera shy person, but she makes you feel so relaxed and taking pictures with her was one of my favorite parts of our wedding. I would not have wanted anyone else to capture our special day. Honestly, when we began looking for a wedding photographer, I naturally assumed we would end up using the local photographer everyone else was using. When that other photographer forgot about our phone appointment, I chose to take it as a sign there was someone else out there which would be a better photographer for our wedding day. Many research hours later, we came across Julina. Just look at her blog - her amazing photographs speak for themselves. In addition to being so talented, she is very easy going and just an absolute delight to be around. For both our engagement session and our wedding portraits, she posed us in all sorts of positions and every single one turned out breathtaking. Some positions might feel a little unnatural - but trust her! Her husband, Jayson, was so sweet and is a talented photographer as well! They had never been to the venues at which we held our ceremony, reception, or bridal party portraits; however, wherever she goes, Julina finds the best lighting and works with it. On the wedding day there was no time wasted acquainting herself with the area, she could just quickly tell where the best pictures would be captured. During the actual ceremony and the reception, we didn't even notice her and Jayson taking photos, but they captured shots from every single angle! Less than one week later she had a preview of the wedding photos for us. Wow - they're simply amazing and we are so excited to see how the rest of them turned out. Julina and Jayson made our day so wonderful and I don't think we could ever say enough good things about them or thank them enough!

Julina and Jay were so great to work with! We got lucky and found them on theknot.com and I am so thankful that we did! Julina nicely bent the rules to help get our engagement session in because of my now husband's crazy work schedule. She was fun and professional to work with and the engagement pics turned out amazingly. I have only had a chance to see some teaser pics of the wedding since it was just last week but I could not be happier with them. She was very efficient with all of the photographs as we had requested and made sure to capture all groupings that we requested. I highly recommend Julina!!!

Julina was recommended to us by a good friend and we couldn't be happier with her and her husband, Jay! We weren't planning on doing engagement photos (which were included in the package) but were told that it was a good way to get an idea of what to expect. I am so glad we listened and did them because we didn't feel stupid the day of the wedding. We decided to use both Julina and Jay the day of the wedding so that we could both be getting pictures taken simultaneously. They were both very professional and great to work with! We ended up with beautiful pictures for a reasonable price! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

Words cannot describe how happy we were with Julina and Jay as our wedding photographers!!! They are the two nicest and most sincere people, and were so much fun to spend our entire wedding day with. I honestly can't believe how amazing the pictures turned out, and how beautiful everything can look with the correct lighting/angles/poses (I don't know much about that technical stuff other than that Julina nailed it, every time). She captured every single special moment in the most perfect way. Not to mention her turnaround time was phenomenal considering I got married just a few weeks ago and already have my pictures back. I have shared with a few family members so far and everyone says they are absolutely breathtaking and look like the pictures are straight out of a magazine. Seriously, Jay and Julina are the BEST and I can't recommend them enough!!

I couldn't have been happier with our choice to use Julina! Before the wedding she was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions I had. She captured every moment of our wedding and reception, yet was so discrete, I hardly noticed her being around. And I couldn't have been more impressed with the final pictures! Beautiful! We had an outdoor wedding and she used the sun to her advantage to create stunning pictures. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

I don't usually consider it helpful to rate someone for anything at 100% however the service that Julina provided was truly flawless. We live in NY and Julina made herself easily accessible even though she resides in Ohio. Being trained in photography myself I have never felt comfortable being the subject of a photo but Julina set my mind at ease and made me feel like we had been friends for years. Jordan and I have been married for almost two years now and we are still receiving compliments on the photos that Julina took. There is no need to spend time on Pinterest trying to get ideas for what you want your photos to look like because Julina is exceptional at composition, lighting and posing.
