Julia is an amazing photographer, and we cannot recommend her enough! We booked her early into our wedding planning journey after I discovered her on Instagram and she had the light and airy style I was looking for. Julia is always on top of everything and very professional. She answered any emails or questions I had in a timely manner, and she was very helpful with planning our timeline. We did our engagement photos with her in San Francisco about a year before our wedding. She immediately made us feel comfortable and was good at explaining poses for good photos. She also helped me with planning my shot list and narrowing down important photos. On the day of the wedding she was amazing, and her husband/second photographer Greg was lovely. It ended up being a hot day and Greg was always there with more water for us or anything we needed. We also booked our videographer through Julia, Shana Garrett, and she was also so lovely! Everyone was professional and managed to get beautiful shots of our day. Julia was also great at wrangling our families for photos, getting all the family photos I wanted, as well as detail shots. My absolute favorite photos are our sunset photos, they are so beautiful and we can’t stop looking at them! After the wedding, we got first looks that night and our full album within 3 weeks. We received our videos within a few months and she also sent a USB with everything! Overall, we cannot recommend Julia and her team enough, and we plan to work with her again in the future!

Julia and her team were amazing throughout the entire planning process and on the day of the wedding, and we're extremely happy with the beautiful photos we received. They're very responsive, and were very helpful with the multitude of questions that we had for them during all the months of wedding planning. They're very professional and also very sweet, and it was amazing to get to work with pleasant and personable individuals, in the midst of what was a busy season for us. Anvi shot our engagement photos and our wedding, and she was wonderful to work with! Even though Anvi is based in the Bay Area, we were able to coordinate with her to have our engagement shoot in San Diego, while she happened to be down there too! We very much appreciated her going out of her way to make that happen for us. She and Hailey were wonderful wedding day shooters, and were very organized while also being flexible and accommodating. We received our photos three weeks after the wedding, and we appreciate the timely manner in which we got them. We love the engagement and wedding photos that we received, and we highly recommend Julia and her team!!

Julia is a literal Rockstar! She is incredibly sweet, talented, and really listens to you while still being able to guide you comfortably as she takes her photos. Her light and bright style made our wedding photos so stunning, I will be using her for every photoshoot I plan throughout my life! She even sent me sneak peek photos LITERALLY THE NIGHT OF MY WEDDING. And we got the rest of our photos about 3 weeks later. Her turnaround is amazing! Her package also included an engagement session, and the photos came out gorgeous as well (even with the crazy SF wind!). If you're in the market for an amazing person that produces equally amazing photos, look no further! Julia will exceed every expectation!

Julia is an amazing photographer!! She is talented, fun to work with, and makes you feel like a model in front of the camera. We LOVE our wedding and engagement photos. We will cherish them for the rest of our lives and are so thankful we hired Julia to photograph our special day. Julia captured our special day like no one else could. Looking through our photos feels like a dream; they are beautiful and she caught moments that we will remember forever. She, and her husband Greg, were lovely to work with and made being the center of attention (something my husband and I aren't always comfy with) easy and fun with their calm, friendly, and helpful personalities. We will cherish our photos forever.

Wedding days go by so quickly so it's important to find the right person to capture all the moments, small and big, so you can look back on them later. Julia captured the magic so well and I will forever be grateful for the amazing photos she took.

My entire experience with Julia, from initial consultation to the day of the wedding was fantastic. What I appreciated is the fact that she is a consummate professional, but someone who I also felt at ease with. I had a specific vision of "enchanted secret garden" that I communicated to Julia and she completely bought into and executed on it without much guidance at all from me.

On the practical side of things, her experience really showed as well. A couple of groomsmen were late to the wedding, which meant our entire photo schedule was pushed back. Julia managed to improvise and get us all the important photos regardless of this mishap. She also gave me some dress tape while I was getting ready, which I didn't anticipate needing and totally saved the day.

Best of all, she sent us a ton of "sneak peak" photos (at midnight) the night of the wedding so we could post them right away, which was amazing!

I can't recommend Julia enough. Hiring her is a no-brainer!

We found Julia through the vendor list from our reception venue and we are so glad we did! She is so incredibly kind and sweet. We hired her for our wedding and she and her husband Greg were phenomenal. She included an engagement photo session in her wedding package and it was super helpful to feel comfortable in front of the camera (my husband and I feel SO awkward in front of the camera- think Chandler from FRIENDS) and it really prepared us for the wedding day photos. She was so helpful with figuring out what outfits to wear, how to pose, and locations we could go to. Her photos are absolutely beautiful! Book her and I promise you will not regret it. Would highly recommend Julia! She was recommended to us by 3 separate people, and we know why. She understood what we wanted, and delivered beyond what we could’ve imagined. She told us how to pose, where to pose, and what expressions to make so always knew what to do and didn’t feel nervous about if we looked good. She also captured the fun candid moments too. The experience working with Julia was great, but the photos themselves are so beautiful. I love the colors and feel of her photos - it feels timeless and classic. I also love that she was prepared - when we told her where we wanted to take our engagement photos, she went there a few days before to scope it out. For our wedding, she knew exactly where to have us do portraits. The cherry on top, was that even though Julia promises a 2-week (!) turnaround for photos, she delivered our entire 1000+ photo wedding album in ONE WEEK! So happy we chose Julia to capture our special day

Honestly speechless writing this. First of all, they are sweetest people in the world! Second of all, Julia and Greg stayed during the entire wedding which went until 10 and she still sent me sneak peak photos when she got home! She captured everything we wanted and more! Her style was perfect for our summer garden wedding. She made us feel so comfortable, it really felt like a close friend was taking our pictures. We can’t thank her enough for being apart of our day!

I could not have asked for a better experience! From our engagement photos to the wedding day, Julia really made the process comfortable and easy. Julia guided us the whole way, offering tips and advice along the way. I appreciated her quick responses, organization, willingness to shoot in new locations, and friendly, caring personality. Julia took the time to get to know us, to make sure it would be a good fit. It was the right price and such great photos. I love her style and use of natural light. The turnaround was incredible, we got a preview right away and all our photos earlier then expected. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but choosing a photographer doesn't have to be!
