With a love of natural backdrops and stunning expanses, Jordan Kate uses the surrounding environment and lighting to complement each image. This skilled photographer can also work with cityscapes, snapping the wonder of man-made creations with an industrial-chic style. For longer days, extra hours can be worked, with the option of an additional photographer, too. To-be-weds can begin their journey with an engagement session, yielding the perfect image for a save the date card. Prints, proofs, and digital files can all be received by the newlyweds to share and reminisce upon forever.

Where do I begin!?! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jordan Kate photography!
Jordan was so accommodating from the very beginning, working with me to choose exactly the right package to meet the needs and vibe of our wedding. I only regret not booking her for MORE time!
My now-husband is not a fan of photography, but Jordan made him so comfortable; he said we can only take pictures with her from now on!

Wood Wedding
Jordan is such a wonderful, amazingly talented photographer!!! She is truly incredible at what she does! She is super friendly and makes sure to capture every beautiful moment. She came up with picture poses that I would never think of! For example, she used a picture of my late grandpa and placed his necklace over the picture, it was so so meaningful. All of my wedding pictures were gorgeous and will always be treasured memories! Thank you a million times over! -

Best Wedding Photographer
Jordan has done pictures for me for 5 years now and having her do my wedding pictures was nothing less than perfect. Jordan outdid herself with everything from the day I booked her. She made everything go super smooth and took a lot of stress off of us! Hey! I'm Jordan, the owner and lead photographer at Jordan Kate Photography. I began photographing the mountains of my hometown of Amherst, VA, at a young age, and once I graduated high school I started Jordan Kate Photography, and it has grown far beyond my dreams. I could not be happier to be photographing sweet couples and their love stories! I just recently married my best friend, and we have three of the sweetest pups. I firmly believe laughter is the best medicine, life should be kept simple, and there's nothing a good coffee and a sunrise can't fix!
