Ania, former owner of Sprouts health food markets in CT, has a background in gourmet wholefoods cooking, emphasizing organic quality ingredients. Both a teacher and cookbook author, she has been a pioneer in the education of healthful eating for over 30 years.

Joey C’s has a series of packages designed to appeal to a range of preferences. Their BBQ Hoedown package features dishes such as BBQ Beef Brisket, Dry Rubbed Ribs and Chili Lime Chicken, whereas The Roadhouse Feast offers more international flavors of Asian Ginger Salmon with Cucumber Slaw, Caribbean Pork Roast with Spiced Run Glaze and Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce.
