The food was delicious!! Southern food at its finest!

It was very important to my husband and me to have a caterer who specialized in barbecue for our big day, and Joe Kem's was the only caterer locally who wasn't part of a restaurant or fancy catering company. Mr. Lacey and his family put their hearts and souls into their work and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Our menu included pulled pork, smoked chicken, strawberry spinach salad, German red cabbage, mashed potato casserole and banana pudding. We got so many compliments from our guests and Mr. Lacey even left the leftovers in the fridge for us to take home. We also chose to have china and Mr. Lacey works with another company to provide this all-inclusive. If you're looking for quality BBQ at great prices, I recommend that you go with Joe Kem's. You won't be disappointed.
