Excellent and worth the money spent.

The catering manager DQ was great. He took the time to actually listen to every request, even my crazy ones.

Save Yourself a Headache

DO NOT BOOK THIS CATERER!!!!! Due to a series of unfortunate events my fiancé and I needed to cancel our catering contract for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. We did so in accordance with the contract which stated a full refund of the deposit ($1,500) was available up to 2 months before the event. The refund was initially pending back to my credit card, but the transaction subsequently disappeared before it was posted (seemingly cancelled by Autumn's Place). We have been calling and leaving messages almost daily for 2 weeks on two different phone numbers with no reply. Emailing results in a "failure to send" notice (as if the email address has been deactivated). We have yet to receive the money back and I am highly doubtful we ever will. This is the worst service and communication I have ever received from a business. Save yourself the trouble and PLEASE book elsewhere. I would give Autumn's Place zero stars if I could.
