Connie is a SWEETHEART!! Not to mention, a GREAT COOK! She will make you pretty much anything you want; and her price is unbeatable! She will meet with you and put you at ease, she's great to work with! She even rented the table clothes and napkins for us which was a great help!!

I believe that my wedding would have been perfect if it were not for Connie's Blair Bakery. It was a disaster. First of all, she doesn't do email and you can only get a hold of her from 8am-11am. I was stood up my first appt which should have been my first hint. She got me confused with another couple multiple times but I stuck with her because of the price. I should have gone with my gut. Come wedding day, she didn't been bring half the food we agreed on! I had even mailed (again, no email) her a detailed list of all food WITH PICTURES and the food was NOTHING like we discussed. We were supposed to have 6 people, she brought 4. The set up was nothing as we discussed. I had 5-8 friends/wedding party in the back cutting up food (none of it was prepped) and taking it out to the tables-it was so embarrassing! Then to top it off, they didn't bus any tables as they had promised! There were plates and cups everywhere and the tables were a mess! When they "attempted" to bus, they dragged a leaky trash bag around which ultimately led my guests to slip on the trash juice. It was an absolute disaster. The funny thing is that they thought the event was running great-ha! To top it off, my father, who is a diabetic, had to leave my own wedding at 9pm because he needed to go get food. Talk about a heart breaker. I would never suggest using them-no matter how good of a deal they give you...unless you want your guests to starve and be put to work.
