From the start, Mehul had a sincere and genuine interest in all the details for our wedding, sharing where his team could add the most value along the way. We changed our package with Mehul more than once, going back and forth on additional elements we wanted to add or remove, and he was so patient throughout it all. It was so important to my family to have a dholki for our home events, and Mehul was able to secure not one but two for us to rent for the week. When it came to the wedding weekend itself, I was very open with Mehul about how important it was to me to honor the song requests I shared and he did so with grace, reassuring me that he is there to make our night the best possible for us - and he truly did. Starting with the baraat, Mehul and his team really made sure to bring the right vibes and energy — my husband is not Indian, and it was his family and friends’ first time experiencing a baraat. Everyone from my Indian family told me it was the best baraat they’d seen! Mehul helped call forward people to dance with my husband and his family, and helped everyone understand what it was about, while keeping the party going. Our ceremony and first dance went so smoothly, and then when it came time to the open dancing, I am not exaggerating when I say it was the best experience and beyond anything I could have hoped for! My family is very picky about music, and everyone came up to me to tell me how amazing my DJ was - family friends were screaming “this DJ is FIRE!!!” And someone actually blew him a kiss to thank him for how great he was mixing everything. We asked Mehul to balance Indian, Persian and American music with our 50 song requests and his mixes — he did so flawlessly. My cousins even took a selfie with him at the end of the night (attached!) to show how much they enjoyed his work. Truly, we are so lucky to have worked with Mehul for our wedding - and his kindness extends beyond the needs of the event. He even connected me with another bride he worked with because I asked if I could talk to her, seeing they had their wedding at the same venue as we were going to have ours.
