Jerry was great! He was so much fun at the wedding! He was on time and very proffessional! He has made the waiting process much smoother bc he immediately placed some pics on Facebook for us to see. We are so greatful to already have some pics to cherish and share with family. Jerry's prices are great as well! I would recommend Jerry to any bride for sure!

Fred did a wonderful job with our pictures! We had a very large bridal party and he had a small window of time to get all the shots, but they turned out beautiful. Sometimes photographers can be a little over bearing but he was so nice and patient. He was smiling the whole day even though he was under a lot of pressure! We loved him!

Jerry was great to work with! It was a little difficult contacting him via phone/email in order to set up our engagement photo session, but the pictures turned out great! Very affordable, and very talented, I would definitely recommend Ferguson Photography.

The pictures that I have seen of my wedding turned out amazing!!! He was on time and did exactly what I had asked for. He got alot of pictures that were not posed and some that were.

Sarah was very professional, very polite and friendly, and took excellent pictures! She was discreet and we often didn't even know she was there taking pictures - we were free to just enjoy our day!

Jerry took really, really beautiful photos. It just took us forever to get them. It probably wouldn't have been such a big deal, but he kept missing his self-imposed deadlines. He has a really fantastic eye for light, though. I was blown away by some of our wedding party photos. He is very, very affordable and quite flexible, but his biggest problem is timlieness.

An an engagement photographer, he would be perfect!

Fred was very nice and accommodating. We weren't thrilled with the actual photography, but at least dealing with him was pleasant. We thought he could have been a bit more creative and captured some really fun moments during the reception, but that's ok. Lots of our friends brought cameras too...

This review is for Jerry Ferguson Photography. I hired Jerry based on his photo portfolio because he seemed very talented and he had copyright release included in his 6 hour package. Even though there weren't many reviews on him, we gave him a chance. We just got our wedding pictures and they were some great shots however everything else we dealt with keeps me from referring him to anyone.
Before the wedding we signed the contract with him then didn't hear from him for months. A couple weeks before the wedding we couldn't get a hold of him to discuss a shot list or to find out if he had been to the location before. When we did talk to him a few days before the wedding we discussed what we wanted(candid shots and different locations at the resort) and didn't want(lots of posed pictures).
The wedding day we spent an hour in the heat in one location taking posed family pictures, it got to the point where I had to tell Jerry that we needed to go indoors for the rest of the pictures because I was about to pass out from the heat, he didn't have any back up places inside so we were inside the reception room as they were setting up and the lighting was off because he hadn't anticipated taking pictures in there. We have so many posed pictures where everyone looks uncomfortable from that and we have ONE picture of our wedding party taken at night during the reception because we spent the whole cocktail reception taking family pictures and some pictures of my husband and I.
After the wedding, we made an appointment with Jerry to get our pictures. He rescheduled for the next day because he had forgotten he had a shoot already that day. The next day he texted me to say he needed one more day to finish the pictures. I told him to call me the next week and let me know when he was free. Over the next 3 weeks we called and e-mailed him to ask when the pictures would be done with no answer. When we did get him on the phone, he couldn't remember why we hadn't met yet or if our pictures were done or not. We set an appointment to meet the next day, that day he called to move back the time because he still wasn't done, after saying the pictures would be done 3 weeks earlier.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for their wedding pictures. For the price you pay, you can get someone else who is more professional and who actually cares about your wedding and your preferences. No one should have to stress about if their photographer is actually going to show up or if you'll even get your wedding pictures.
