In retrospect choosing good vendors made our wedding day picture perfect, exactly as we planned it in our minds eye. Chef Jen was instrumental in making our wedding day perfect. She went above and beyond assisting with decorations, water stations, handling our bar on top of catering an event that our guests are still raving about her food. She is very responsive and highly professional, she is outstanding as is her food. She is attentive and accomodating which makes her easy to work with and did I mention how good her food is ... Exceeding expectations is an understatement!

I just had a wedding, and I am happy to say that Jennifer was a true gem. From the very beginning, she was honest and helpful. She always responded to my emails within a day. She answered MANY questions for me, helped me to save costs, and gave me a lot of advice. I felt that I was taking a risk in using her, because there is not a lot of information out there about her, especially compared to other caterers in the area. I am glad that I took the risk. We had a TON of compliments on the food. It was fresh and tasty. It was presented well. Her staff were friendly, but not overly friendly to the point of being annoying.

We had a small issue with how our alcohol was handled. We purchased our own alcohol and her staff served it. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised by how Jennifer handled the situation. She apologized and she worked with us to find a fair solution. There are many people out there who serve good food, and many people who have good service. In my opinion, you can see somebody's true character when a problem comes up that they have to handle. Jennifer handled it with grace. I would absolutely recommend her for an event.
