Hi! I'm the guy, Jeff Vreeland. I'm a film wedding photographer based in Denville NJ who's been working in the industry for 17 years. I dropped out of high school to pursue this as my passion and craft, which is now led me to owning and operating my own business for going on 11 years now. I grew up in Denville NJ, and now live down the road from my childhood home with the woman who has my heart, my sweet Celina.
Now I could rant on for a long time (i'm a bit of Chatty Cathy), but instead I'd like to mention something to you. There's a lot of photographers out there with many years of experience and who might be perfectly capable with their technical skills of creating a pretty image. All that's great, but not quite as useful if the individual doesn't know how to connect with a couple and to be a go steward of the day's schedule. It's for that reason that when couples hire me as their wedding photographer they're getting me and no one else. It's for that reason that one couples hire me as their wedding photographer I'm invested with the whole planning of the day and making sure that I do the very best job for my couples. Lastly, it's for that reason that when couples hire me as a wedding photographer, I take it as a great honor for them to choose me as the photographer for one of the most special days of their life.
My style breaks down into two parts: aesthetics and approach. The aesthetics I describe as rich, vibrant, and real, aiming to capture real life with a slight exaggeration. My approach is intentional, neither overly posed nor purely candid. I blend deliberate, classic poses with candid, fly on the wall moments. Above all, I aim to capture photographs that strike an emotional chord and feel timeless, as if the timestamp has been removed.

He has great communication skills and made us feel so comfortable, especially during those nervous moments. Every photo came out picture perfect the lighting, the emotion, the little details all captured beautifully. Our family and friends can’t stop raving about how amazing the photos turned out!
Jeff even went above and beyond by taking a short video of us at the church since we didn’t have a videographer, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also shot some photos on film that have a gorgeous vintage look we absolutely love them.
