My fiance bought my engagement ring here and he found they were the only jewelry business in Minneapolis willing to work with him. My fiance wanted to use the gorgeous round cut diamond that had been the diamond in his grandmother's engagement ring. He contacted many local jewellers in the area and none would allow a stone to be used in a setting that was not purchased at that store. To make matters worse, I had fallen in love with a certain kind of setting and he was having trouble finding one that was like the one I wanted. Finally he found the perfect setting online by the jewelry designer Danhov. He looked for stores in Minneapolis that carried Danhov settings. He found Jeffrey Jewellers through a web search, crossed his fingers they would allow him to use his diamond and contacted them. They had no issues using his stone, and created an absolutely stunning ring that I not only love the look of, but also love the sentimental value. They made my fiance feel comfortable and taken care of. I also got my ring sized down here (for free) and they were curteous and fast! I got my ring back the same day. These people are true jewelry professionals, not some chain store that doesn't even have a jeweler on site and hires sales people off the street. We walked into Jeffery's with three rings (passed down from our families) and weren't quite sure what we wanted to do with them. Dana sat with us, showed us rings and really listened to what I wanted. Then she helped us create a stunning engagement ring and wedding band that I get complements on all the time.

Jeffrey Jewelry is a tiny little place in downtown Minneapolis but is very excellent in their service - they will be our jeweler for as long as we live in MN. Tom was fantastic in helping us pick out exactly what we wanted and getting the most for our money - we didn't spend big but they spent just as much time with us as we needed and there was absolutely no pressure - it was all about what we were looking for. And Tom personally put the diamonds in the wedding band my husband picked out b/c he specially ordered the band. He was under a time constraint and Tom totally helped him get it done. Go to them - you won't regret it.
