Wanted actually iced flowers instead of real flowers on my cake, and boy did they turn out beautiful. Janice and her team was wonderful to work with, for example, for our cake tasting, they literally drove the tastings out to my husband's house.

JB's Cakery & Confections made my wedding cake & grooms cake this past weekend and both were absolutely delicious! The whole process from inquiring, tasting, booking, payment and receiving the cakes was extremely easy, professional and kind. Janice was a pleasure to meet, work with and she did a fantastic job on the cakes. Highly recommend!

Janice's cake was amazing. Which is enough of a selling point in itself, but then on top of that she was very easy to work with and so reasonably priced! She listened to what I wanted and gave some helpful suggestions to make sure everything was perfect. The guests all loved the cupcakes and the layout was gorgeous. I would absolutely hire her again!!

She invited us to her home for the taste testing and was very warm and welcoming. The cakes turned out great! They were delicious too! I showed her some ideas and she implemented all of them.

JB's created my bridal shower cake with only an idea from my mother. The cake itself was a complete surprise and it was beautiful and tasted amazing! It was a no brainer to choose her as the vendor our wedding cake! Our cake was beautiful, tasted better than any cake that I had ever eaten and held up to being outside for hours without any melting! I would recommend her to anyone for any event!!

Janice was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. She was so welcoming and friendly the first time we met. Her cakes are absolutely the best I have ever had. The cake was so moist and flavorful and the icing was incredible smooth. We had a chocolate grooms cake with a chocolate ganache and every bit of it was eaten! Her attention to detail is fantastic. Our wedding cake was a 3 tier Kentucky Butter cream with white butter cream on the outside with teal ribbon and each layer and white chocolate seashells scattered on each tier. The cake was absolutely stunning! Just what I had envisioned and even better.

I contacted JB's Cakery & Confections about doing my wedding cake and grooms cake. Since I live across the country I was unable to taste test anything, but based on her reviews, I thought I would go ahead and take a chance. Oh. My. Word. Seriously, the best cakes ever! The grooms cake (german chocolate) was gone in no time and the wedding cake (butter cream frosting, bevarian cream filling) was superb! Our guests were raving about how delicious the cakes were. I don't know if the top tier will make it to our one year anniversary, it's too tempting to get it out of the freezer and eat it now!

I personally do not consider any purchase or big decision without learning about the product or person and I rely heavily on reviews to "qualify" anything or anyone first. Giving five stars is about the most honest recommendation for this cake vendor. We were very pleased with Janice. The wedding cake was perfectly crafted, decorated, and from what we hear tasted excellent. She was punctual and precise, basically followed through on everything that she said she would. I know she spent a good amount time making sure that the cake table area was going to be amazing. We had an idea for a groomsman cake and she brought it to life. There is no doubt she has many years of experience and can execute with other top-rated cake vendors in Pensacola. We have no reservations recommending her to any friends or family.
