Jason is an amazing photographer who took our wedding pictures in 2015. The photographs are stunning, even with my husband hating photographs! I love the life shots that really capture the essence of the day. Our scheduled photographer left us in a bind leaving the country, and Jason sweeped in and saved the day leaving us memories that will last a lifetime. We will use him for our future photography needs - thank you Jason!

There is not one bad thing I could say about Jason! My parents heard about him through church and once I checked out his website, I was sold. I contacted him and he responded within minutes to set up a phone meeting (I live out of state) for later that day. By the next day I was signing the contract! Since then, any time I text him, I get an immediate response, which I think is so important when planning a wedding. Our engagment photos were beautiful and I have no doubt I will be in love with our wedding photos!! He really knows how to catch those special moments between a couple. Thank you so much, Jason!

My husband and I used Jason for our photography sessions and wedding and we are so glad we did. Not only did we have the easiest time scheduling anything, responsiveness to our questions (ok, my questions) but we had such a blast hanging out with him. Jason will customize any "package" that you need to fit your budget. He will be honest and direct with you about any decision and will always let you guide or suggest something you are looking for (if you are picky like me). We gained a friend in the process of this photography journey. I highly recommend Jason!

Jason was great! We had a smaller wedding without a lot of the before-and-after stuff. But he was just as excited and helpful as if we were a bigger client. He gets great "unstaged shots which we love. And he got everyone of our guests at some point so that was wonderful. He is just about invisible during the reception, but always there to get the good shots. I highly recommend him!,

Jason has been wonderful working with us! He has been so helpful trying to get us the best engagement photos possible! He is easy to be around, he makes us feel comfortable and very hard working, thoughtful and flexible! We are so looking forward to his taking pictures on our wedding day!

One thing I really liked about Jason is that he was very responsive. He would get back to me as soon as he had a minute, whether by email or text message, if he couldn't call me right away. He focused on making us (more my Husband who hates attention focused on him) feel very comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement session, so that was things would go smoother the day of the wedding. The photos turned out great for both the session and the wedding. We were married at the Bell Tower on 34th and the lighting in there can be tricky to work with, but his photos were amazing with the lighting. You could never tell how dark it really was in there by looking at the photos. The only thing I wish I would have done was given a little more direction of the exact photos I wanted captured beforehand, because on the day of the wedding, it was just too hectic to keep a straight mind of what photos had been and had not been taken. I think Jason did a wonderful job overall and captured the moment exactly as it happened! We were both happy with our photos.

Our initial interactions with Jason were very positive - he was responsive, he met with us at the venue and we quickly determined the kind of wedding photos we wanted. Our request was for plenty of close-ups with our immediate family as the focal point. Jason recommended a second photographer to ensure we captured everything we wanted to, and said our venue was perfect for what we wanted.

On the day itself, Jason & Co-Photographer were punctual and present. Our big issues were post wedding. Our pictures took absolutely weeks to come through to us and we had to chase a number of times. There were a number of excuses including "being busy", "heavy workload" and "still editing". When we did get the pictures, we honestly didn't think any editing had taken place at all. Pictures were off-centre (and not in an artsy way) and a whole set of pictures with just Bride and Groom were missing. A number of photos featured guests with their eyes shut or looking less than their best. Jason told us he kept these in so we could "crop ourselves". To me it's a professional photographers job to adjust photos so the pictures are both complete and complimentary. There weren't many pictures of family outside of the posed group photos which was disappointing as this was our main brief for the day.

The pictures Jason provided were absolutely below the standard we were expecting. We still don't know why it took so long to receive, what felt like, an unedited set of photos. One of my friends captured just as many special moments with her camera that day, and as a result I wouldn't recommend Jason to others.

Jason was very responsive when he was trying to get our business, but once we put down the deposit, was truly MIA. Wouldn't answer phone calls, texts or respond to emails timely. After cancelling our engagement session THE DAY of, only a few hours before we were scheduled to meet, I'd had enough. It wouldn't have been a huge deal, except it took us months to finalize the date. To make matters more unprofessional, he refused to return the deposit and also has not yet reimbursed me for the cancellation of my hair appointment, which he agreed to do. As I'm sure all of you would prefer as little stress as possible - Stay away! Word is that he is too busy building a separate business with a wedding venue and has overcommitted his responsibilities as a photographer.

Wish I had done more homework. The unresponsiveness to emails/ messages should have been a red flag. Paid for 2 photographers for 8 hrs. coverage and we got just a little over 800 photos in our gallery. There were a number of key photos that we didn't get shots of- cake with the flowers, the entire outside cocktail space and the get a way car. The assistant photographer was unprofessional - She misplaced the wedding veil which caused quite a panic, opened and read a private letter to the Groom (which he had not seen yet) and encouraged the Groom and his groomsmen to take shots of alcohol and drink more. It was a 10 am wedding! There are some beautiful photos, but overall I was not impressed. We are still waiting on our extended cut video... Wedding was in July- it's now mid September.

If you want a photographer that is absolutely NEVER going to respond to any type of communication through which you try to contact him, if you want a photographer that is going to LOSE your photos, and no I am not joking, a photographer that will LOSE your photos then hire Jason Snow. He is the most UNRESPONSIVE INDIVIDUAL I HAVE EVER MET. I would send email after email after email after email after text after text after text after text and would not receive any kind of response for upwards of A MONTH OR MORE!!! I would have to go through my venue coordinator to get a hold of him! That is absurd! When I was told that my bridal portraits were gone, he offered me either a refund or a retake. What should have been done was offer me a refund AND A RETAKE because now I have to pay for everything to get my photos redone. He said to let him know my choice and he would get right on it. It has been a month without any kind of response. NONE! He is absolutely unprofessional. Especially for the amount of money that we paid for him. As well, what videographer cuts off your primary wedding video right in the middle of the best mans speech!! And then when you kindly email asking if there any way that things might be able to be adjusted NO SURPRISE HE NEVER RESPONDS!!! I would not recommend this man to anybody. Anybody at all. He will steal your money and not provide you with a product. I have had no response regarding a retake or a refund of my lost bridal portraits. It is absolutely disgusting. I got married in October. I found out about my bridal portraits at the very end of March. Apparently there were wedding photos that were lost too. That is most certainly something to consider before you book with Jason. Whats the point in hiring somebody that is unresponsive, unreliable, and cannot provide you with a final product. Please, do not use Jason Snow as your photographer. Please find somebody better. There are plenty out there.
