We had just lost our ceremony string quartet about a month of so before the wedding so we were scrambling. I happened to stumble upon Jason and we were instantly hooked. We was quick to respond, very accommodating, super nice, and wicked talented! We still can't be believe our luck when we found Jason! Thank you Jason for everything!

Jason Ji completely transformed my wedding! I didn't know that it was possible to have so much fun hiring a wedding guitarist. He did our ceremony requests perfectly, they were all songs that he's never heard before and he was able to deliver nothing but perfection. My husband and I along with so many other guests were in tears.

But during cocktail hour, that's when the roaming guitar had us singing and dancing along. Even before the dance floor in the evening, we were having a party with Jason. His cocktail set was upbeat, celebratory and energetic, as he walks among the guests and greeted them with a smile, he's able to hold a conversation while playing music perfectly- 5 stars and absolutely recommend to anyone who's thinking of hiring music for ceremony!

Jason performed at the cocktail hour and throughout the dinner at our daughter’s wedding on October 11. Although our daughter’s reception was fabulous and beautiful in every way with gorgeous everything, it truly would have been missing a critical element had Jason not been there to play. We had never heard him before and relied on the information available about his talents, but he was way more than we could’ve imagined. I want him to play for us many many times over! I was so busy that night as the mother of the bride and wish I could’ve just sat down and listened to everything he played. It was wonderful!

Jason truly made the soundtrack to our wedding. His guitar playing is so expressive and beautifully emotional during the ceremony, and then he completely shifted the energy for cocktail hour - roaming around, taking requests, and getting everyone singing along! He played everything from ABBA and Sinatra to even Chappell Roan, and our guests are still talking about the music weeks later.

Jason was incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process, which put us at ease on the big day. We would hire him again in a heartbeat for any event that needs live music!

Jason played guitar for both our ceremony and cocktail hour, and his music completely transformed the atmosphere. I truly loved working with Jason Ji, he was hands down one of our favorite vendors of the entire weekend. From our very first Zoom call, I could tell he would be a wonderful fit to help shape the musical atmosphere of our wedding. His single guitar sounded so full like akin to a whole quartet worth of sound.

Jason was incredibly accommodating as our plans evolved. He was flexible with both a date and time change to help us capture the cooler summer evening we wanted. He arrived early at the venue and even joined us at our rehearsal BBQ, which meant a lot to us.

He provided all of the background music for our ceremony, performing live guitar that felt like magic. His romantic medleys and seamless improvisations brought so much depth and feeling to the space. He also accompanied my sister as she played her instrument, creating a truly heartfelt moment that many guests told us they’d never forget. When our DJ was delayed, Jason stepped in without hesitation to set up the ceremony audio, keeping everything running smoothly and calmly.

Throughout the planning process, Jason was responsive, warm, and completely professional. His music was elegant, expressive, and perfectly suited for the emotional tone of our ceremony.. I have been in the music business for several decades. Part of my work has been to locate unusual, standout talent who might have global impact and appeal. Jason Ji is one of those. He is a virtuoso at the level of Tommy Emmanuel or Otmar Liebert. His guitar playing, stage presence and natural joy and energy fill a room in a way that will make your event truly successful. We had a full PA set up because he also played with guitar with our 8-man band. But you could have him join with just his guitar and amp, and he would make an hour or two one of the more impactful events and moments. Highly--highly-- recommend working with him. His technical capacities are exceptional with a soulful guitar delivery that is sui generis. Our audience of about 150 people were riveted. I enjoyed working with him. 5 Stars +

Jason was absolutely wonderful at our wedding! He brought such a cool, unique sound that perfectly matched the vibe we wanted for our ceremony. We really appreciated that he took the time to learn specific songs we requested, it made everything feel even more personal and meaningful. He was super punctual, friendly, and easygoing, which honestly took a huge weight off our shoulders and the night was stress-free on the music end. Jason was absolutely incredible. His unique guitar style added such an emotional touch to both our ceremony and cocktail hour. The music was INSANELY beautiful and tasteful, he was able to make one guitar sound so incredibly full and expressive, perfectly suited to our wedding. He even worked in some rock requests that he learned just for us. Out of all our vendors, Jason received by far the most compliments!
