Bonjour!!
My name is Julia Stevens, and I am the head photographer and editor for J & D Photography. My husband and I live in Adamsville, TN with our two kitties and way too much antique furniture (I'm addicted!). We are located two hours east of Memphis near Pickwick Lake. I frequent back and forth between the two counties with engagement sessions and weddings. I love to travel so location is no problem for me!
J & D's style is artistic, modern, and clean. My goal as a photographer is to not only capture the moments, but capture the moments within the moments in a simplistic and artistic way. I do not just take pictures. I visualize the 16x24 canvas gallery wrap hanging on your wall with every single click of my camera. It gives me such a great joy to help decorate your home as husband and wife with stunning images from one of your most important days!

I couldn't have asked for a more easygoing photographer!! We have used J & D Photography in the past and were thrilled that they were able to do our wedding. Julia was so easygoing about our schedule and just went with the flow. Sometimes it can be awkward to be in front of a camera and she made it so relaxed. She also helped out by telling us to turn our heads or bodies a certain way to benefit the way we looked in the photo. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and I will be using them in the future!
