I do not recommend anyone use this photographer. Her communication is horrible! She will miss calls and ghost for days or weeks. It should have been a red flag when she missed our first call but she had a whole story that she had gotten rear ended and was waiting for the police to file a report and that is why she didn’t call. My friend used her for her wedding and her photos had been a little late but Agnes said her turnaround time was now 30 days because AI tools make it easier and faster to edit. She also had reasonable pricing and didn’t try to push extras. We didn’t do an engagement shoot so I didn’t reach out again until closer to our wedding in October 2025. She said on the initial call that she was very hands on with creating a timeline and working with our venue’s event planner so we had a plan for the day and this was a lie. She never reached out to our event planner and I had to create the entire timeline for the day. When we were about 2 weeks out I texted her to set up a call to go over the timeline. On the day we planned, I texted her and she didn’t reply or call. I didn’t hear from her until 3 days later, she said she had a health emergency. We finally had a phone call the next day and went over the timeline. Then the Monday the week of my wedding she calls and she tells me she is stuck in Poland and she would not be back for the wedding. She had already reached out and secured another photographer to take the photos and she said she would still be editing them. I got the other photographer’s contact info and at that point I was trying not to stress since I at least knew someone would be there to take photos. She assured me that I would still get my photos 30 days after the wedding and said she would be gifting me 50 free prints due to the situation. I called the other photographer and we went over the timeline and I will say that she was great and I had no issues or anything at the wedding itself. I emailed Agnes 32 days after the wedding for an update. Heard nothing. 11 days later I emailed again and she got back saying that her WiFi in Poland was bad and she had them finished but was having issues uploading and they should be on the portal by the end of the week. Emailed her at the end of the week and got no reply. Emailed again a couple days later and still no reply. 2 WEEKS go by and still NOTHING, I sent multiple emails, texts, posted on her IG. I had to send out thank you’s with no photo because I couldn’t keep waiting. After another few days I sent an email saying if she can’t get me the photos that I was going to ask the original photographer to edit them and she could send the rest of my money. I then got a phone call from her saying she hadn’t gotten any of my emails (funny she called right after sending one threatening to get my money back though) and gave me her WhatsApp. She said she was still having issues uploading. I truly don’t think she had edited anything at this point. 4 days later half of the photos were uploaded to the site. 5 days after that the rest were uploaded. They looked fine but there was not much attention to detail as I had to have my dad who knows photos edit random people & things out of the background of a bunch of photos. She never even messaged me to tell me that the rest of the photos were on there & that is the last I heard from her. Unsurprisingly, she never reached out about my free prints she promised.
