My hubby and I founded Tolman Media Missouri (an independently owned and operated subdivision of Tolman Media) because of our love of people, weddings, and story-telling. We believe that beautiful wedding photography and videography should be affordable and stress-free. We have handpicked our management team and photographers/videographers to include only those that share our love and passion for an excellent client experience and beautiful wedding imagery. Carly Heaton is our Booking Manager. A former wedding photographer who just tied the knot herself, she specializes in answering all of your questions and helping you pick just the right package to meet your needs. She loves talking through timelines and learning all about you, your partner, and the special day you are planning. When you are ready, she'll be the one to send you a proposal for our services.

Stephen Roberts is our Event Manager. He uses his years of experience in event planning and team management to keep everything organized and running smoothly for your big day. He has a passion for weddings and making your experience unforgettable. He knows our team of photographers and videographers inside and out, and Carly lets him know all about you and your event so he can pair you with the best photographer and/or videographer for your wedding. He will keep in contact with you, mostly via text and email, throughout the whole process and is always available to answer questions, provide helpful resources, and help in any way he can.
