Our expert catering personnel will gladly assist you through the planning stages of your reception and our professional banquet staff will deliver the complete package that you desire. Impeccable staff service is considered a mission and attention to detail is a pledge fulfilled at every level at the Isle.

With over 9,000 square feet of flexible ballroom banquet space, the Isle Center Grand Ballroom can easily accommodate receptions of up to 350 guests. The Quad-Cities Waterfront Convention Center boasts over 14,000 square feet of flexible ballroom banquet space and can accommodate receptions of up to 650 guests. Full on-site catering and A/V services complement the bright décor. The two-story entrances and vaulted ceilings create elegant ambiance for your guests. The ballroom comes fully set for your event with linen tablecloths, linen napkins, table skirting, traditional table settings and glassware. We also provide expert cake cutting service. Clean up after the event is also taken care of - all you need to provide are your decorations and guests!

Our beautiful riverfront hotel will be pleased to offer a complimentary guest room for the bride and groom for the night of the reception. Sleeping room arrangements may be made for any of your guests wishing to stay in the hotel. Parking for your event is also complimentary.

Highly Recommend

We are so happy we chose the Waterfront Convention Center for our wedding reception! The size for our number of guests, its location to our wedding ceremony in LeClaire as well as the hotel being connected for out of town guests, made it the perfect venue for us. Their event team was great to work with, they were organized and responsive and answered any and all questions we had, helping to make the day and days leading up to the wedding go smoothly. The food was fabulous and everyone raved about the late night mac and cheese bar we had. We had some out of the box ideas and they were willing to help make all of our ideas come to life. It was also a great option to have a backup ceremony space, had our outdoor ceremony been canceled due to weather. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family!

Joy and her team at the waterfront were great to work with. She was relaxed and organized and it made for the day of a very smooth and stress free day. The food was incredible and the staff was quick and polite.

We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom and it was AMAZING. Joy in sales was unbelievable to work with. My friends and family don't even respond to emails as quickly as she did (and there were A LOT of emails). She even helped me choose a signature drink. Joy was an absolute delight to work with, and she made the entire process of wedding planning much more effortless than it could have been otherwise (especially because I was planning my wedding from 10 hours away!). The food was excellent, the entire staff was helpful, cooperative, professional, and flexible -- making sure we could always arrange our meetings during the short windows of time I was in town. Having the reception and hotel in one location eliminated the need for designated drivers and allowed everybody to let loose and enjoy the evening. The casino provided entertainment for those friends and family who came in Friday night. Highly recommended!!

Thank you so much waterfront convention center! Our wedding was amazing! Especially Joy! She was so helpful. She was always there to meet with us and helpi any way. She was extremely accommodating to our every need. Also, the food was yummy! We have had so many people come up to us and tell us how delicious the food was and how great the place looked. When we arrived at the reception I was immediately introduced to three staff members that were going to be there all night long with us and told us to let them know if we needed anything. They also assigned me my own personal attendant to get my food and whatever else I needed! They were sooo wonderful. They all had a smile on their face and had such great attitudes. I wouldn't change a thing! THANK YOU SO MUCH WATERFRONT/Isle Capri!

They were great with the food, service and responsiveness with setting things up! Had a slight issue with one of the managers overseeing things, but didn't let it ruin our night!

Overall we had a good experience and were happy with our choice. However a couple answers we got from the wedding coordinator changed closer to our date. She said we could do things and then would call telling us that we couldn’t. Also we had some technical issues that I wish the venue would have double checked before the wedding instead of in the moment that we needed them to work for the wedding. However overall, nothing terrible went wrong, the food was good, the waitstaff was wonderful, the venue was beautiful. We liked the size of the venue, the fact that the hotel was connected, and that parking was right out front.
