I emailed them in January about catering, but they told me the restaurant wasn't opening until early March. Since I didn't want to book them without having tasted their food first, I decided to wait. They promised they would email me when they were open so we could set up a meeting. Mid-April rolls around and I still haven't heard anything. I get on their website and find that they've been open for the past month. So I email them again, and they said they forgot about me (seriously!?).

Finally we get in touch with Allison (the catering manager) and try to set up a time to come for a tasting. It is nearly impossible beyond getting a date- she says the day we want to come is fine but never responds to inquiries about a time, menu, etc. We drove more than 2 hours from home to the tasting, not even knowing if anyone was going to be prepared for us. The tasting was amazing- her husband is the owner & chef and he was super professional and the food was great.

I contact Allison about my concern about her poor communication and she apologizes quickly & promises to be more diligent. She is at first, but she slips away after two weeks or so. I ask for pricing info and it takes TWO weeks to get a contract from her- which I had to email her for countless times before she finally admits she just kept pushing it to the bottom of her priority list (seriously!?!?)

The poor communication continues (and worsens) and the night before my wedding I am still emailing her, trying to get responses for unanswered questions. At the wedding, the servers were nice and blended in pretty well. The food was just okay- definitely not as good as it was at the tasting.

The whole experience was terribly stressful and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. I honestly wouldn't even eat at their restaurant again after the terrible experience dealing with them for our wedding.
