We used Island dreams travel to book our Honeymoon trip. At first we didn’t know where to go but sure enough we got some great info and were able to book a trip to Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios, Jamaica! We will definitely be using them for our future trips!

Bev is very helpful - she responds to email messages very quickly. When our flight was delayed and we were worried about missing our next flight, Bev looked for another options for us while also continuously texting me updates regarding our gates and arrival/departure times. This was on a Saturday outside of normal business hours and she still was extremely responsive and helpful. Bev has a vast knowledge regarding different resorts and their policies and is always accepting of new information regarding them. She is also willing to answer multiple questions and is patient while we made our final decision. I would (and have!) defintely recommend Bev to a friend.

We stumbled upon Beverly Falley from Island Dreams Travel after AAA forgot our appointment date and time after we drove all the way to Lawrence for our appointment, we googled another travel agent in the area and Bev's name was first to come up. She agreed to meet us at a coffee shop as soon as we needed. She brought one brochure with her and was very friendly and wanted to listen to all our ideas for our honeymoon destination, she had a favorite resort to recommend for each of our choices. The brochure she had brought with her for El Dorado Royal Casitas in the Riviera Maya is where we ended up booking, which we had been familiarized with already from a few friends that had honeymooned there previously, hearing Bev talk about it just confirmed that was the place for us, it's so funny how it all worked out. The Casitas were originally out of our 5,000 budget to stay in, but Bev made it happen under our budget because I really wanted to stay in upgraded accommodations for our honeymoon. Bev was very helpful, even getting us a double upgrade to the swim up casita. She helped us make sure we got the honeymoon package as well and had travel arrangements with (what we noticed while there) the nicest travel service "Lomas Travel", even giving us directions down to the smallest detail like when exiting the airport do not stop for anyone in the airport trying to sell you timeshares until you see Lomas travel in turqois shirts and white pants. Bev was extremely helpful and we are so glad we found her to book our dream honeymoon!
